- Model: Powered by Anthropic Claude. See our [third-party provider terms](/legal/third-party-provider-terms).
- Data retention: Slack messages and files used in an agent conversation are stored in encrypted
  form as part of the conversation history, so you can revisit and audit past sessions. They are
  never used to train models. You can request deletion at any time via
  [support@mintlify.com](mailto:support@mintlify.com).
- Tenancy: Multi-tenant infrastructure with logical isolation per Slack workspace.
- Training: Your Slack data is never used to train large language models.
- Accuracy: The agent uses generative AI and may produce inaccurate or incomplete answers. Verify
  before relying on outputs for critical decisions.
- Install behavior: Installing doesn't auto-join channels or post unsolicited messages. The agent
  only acts when explicitly mentioned or DM'd.
