The /notifications command shows you an ephemeral dropdown listing all notification roles available in the server. Select the roles you want to subscribe to, and the bot updates your roles immediately.

This command has no parameters.

Behavior

Open the menu

Run /notifications. The bot responds with an ephemeral message containing a multi-select dropdown listing all roles in the server whose names begin with 🔔 .

Select your roles

Choose one or more notification roles from the dropdown. Your current subscriptions are pre-selected when the menu opens.You can select any combination, including selecting none to unsubscribe from all notification roles.

Changes are saved immediately

As soon as you confirm your selection, the bot adds and removes your roles in parallel. The dropdown refreshes to reflect your updated state.

Notification roles

The bot automatically discovers notification roles by looking for server roles whose names start with 🔔 . Server administrators control which notification roles are available by creating or removing roles with this prefix.
You can re-open the /notifications menu at any time to review or change your current subscriptions. Your active roles are shown as pre-selected in the dropdown.

Error cases

If the server has no roles starting with 🔔 , the bot responds with an ephemeral message:
No notification roles found in this server.
This command can only be used inside a server. If somehow invoked in a DM, the bot responds with:
This command can only be used in a server.
