This guide covers account management, submitting contact requests, and requesting property appraisals through the Inmobiliaria Web platform.

Contact and Appraisal System

The platform provides a comprehensive form for users to contact the real estate agency for general inquiries or property valuations.

Accessing the Contact Form

Navigate to the contact page by:
  • Clicking “Quiero Vender” in the main navigation
  • Or visiting the “Contacto y Tasación” page directly

Select Contact Reason

Choose between:
  • Contacto General - General inquiries
  • Venta / Tasación - Property sale or appraisal

Fill Personal Information

Provide your contact details so the agency can reach you.

Add Property Details (if applicable)

If requesting appraisal, provide information about your property.

General Contact Request

For general inquiries, questions about services, or other non-property-specific requests:

Required Information

  1. Contact Reason: Select “Contacto General”
  2. Personal Information: Name, email, phone, available hours
  3. Message: Describe your inquiry

All fields marked with * are required. The form will not submit until all required information is provided.

Submitting Your Request

Form Validation

Before submission, the system validates:
  • All required fields are completed
  • Email format is valid
  • Property fields are filled (for appraisal requests)
  • Description is not empty
If validation fails:
  • Red borders appear around incomplete fields
  • Error messages show below each field
  • Fix errors and resubmit

Submission Process

Review Your Information

Double-check all entered information for accuracy.

Click Submit

Click “Enviar Solicitud” (for appraisals) or “Enviar Mensaje” (for general contact).

Wait for Confirmation

A loading spinner appears while your request is being processed.

Success!

You’ll see a success screen confirming your request was received.

After Submission

Upon successful submission:
  • Green confirmation screen appears
  • Message: “¡Solicitud enviada!”
  • Confirmation: “Gracias por contactarnos. Nos pondremos en contacto a la brevedad.”
  • Option to return to homepage
The agency will review your request and contact you during your available hours. Response time is typically 24-48 hours.

What Happens Next

For General Contact

  1. Agency receives your message
  2. Staff reviews your inquiry
  3. You receive a response via email or phone
  4. Further communication continues based on your needs

For Appraisal Requests

  1. Agency receives your property details
  2. An agent reviews the information
  3. Agent contacts you to schedule an in-person visit
  4. Professional appraisal is conducted
  5. You receive a detailed valuation report
  6. Agent discusses next steps (listing, pricing strategy, etc.)

If you have an account and are logged in:
  • Email field is automatically populated
  • Saves time on repeat contacts
  • Ensures consistent contact information

Dynamic Form Sections

The form adapts based on your selection:
  • Contacto General: Shows only basic fields
  • Venta / Tasación: Reveals additional property-specific fields
This keeps the form simple and relevant to your needs.

Cancel Option

Not ready to submit? Click “Cancelar” to:
  • Return to the homepage
  • Discard entered information
  • Start fresh later
Clicking “Cancelar” will discard all entered information without saving. Make sure to complete the form if you want to submit a request.

Tips for Better Responses

The more details you provide:
  • Better initial assessment
  • More accurate preliminary valuation
  • Faster response time
  • More productive first conversation
Don’t hold back on details about your property’s features, condition, or location.
Consider:
  • Your actual availability
  • Time zones if relevant
  • Preferred contact method (call vs. email)
  • Best days of the week
Example: “Lunes a Viernes 14-18hs, preferible WhatsApp”
Ensure your email:
  • Is actively monitored
  • Has space for attachments (appraisal reports)
  • Allows emails from the domain
  • Is checked regularly
Mention:
  • Recent renovations
  • New appliances or systems
  • Structural improvements
  • Energy efficiency upgrades
These can significantly affect your property’s valuation.

Troubleshooting

Check:
  • All required fields have values
  • Email is in valid format ([email protected])
  • No error messages are showing
  • Internet connection is stable
  • Try refreshing the page and resubmitting
Verify:
  • Email address is correct
  • Check spam/junk folder
  • Phone number includes country/area code
  • Available hours allow enough time for contact
  • Wait at least 48 hours before following up
Solutions:
  • Submit a new request with corrected information
  • Reference your previous submission in the description
  • Call the agency directly to update details
  • Wait for agency contact and provide updates then

Your information is:

  • Not shared with third parties

By submitting the form, you consent to the agency contacting you regarding your request. You can request removal of your data at any time.
