The onboarding wizard helps you set up your profile so Estudio Three can generate optimized daily routines tailored to your academic, athletic, and personal needs.

Why Complete Onboarding?

The information you provide during onboarding enables the intelligent routine engine to:
  • Generate smart schedules - Automatically allocate study time based on subject difficulty
  • Balance cognitive and physical load - Optimize your daily energy expenditure
  • Respect your commitments - Work around classes, training, and events
  • Personalize your experience - Adapt to your focus preferences and attention span
The more accurate your information, the better your routines will be. You can always update your profile later in Settings.

The 4-Step Wizard

1

Step 1: Personal Information

Provide your basic details to get started.Required fields:
  • Name - Must be at least 3 characters
  • Age - Must be 8 years or older
The system validates your inputs in real-time and shows helpful error messages if needed.
Your name and age help the system adjust cognitive load expectations and communication style.
2

Step 2: Academic Profile

Define your academic commitments and subjects.Required information:
  • Academic Level - Choose from ESO, Bachillerato, Universidad, or FP
  • Subjects - Add all your current subjects with difficulty ratings (1-5)
  • Weekly Class Schedule - Set your school/university hours for Monday-Friday
  • Transportation - Indicate if you need travel time to school
Adding Subjects:
  1. Enter the subject name (minimum 3 characters)
  2. Select difficulty level (1=Easy, 5=Very Hard)
  3. Click the + button or press Enter
  4. Repeat for all subjects
Be honest about difficulty ratings - the routine engine uses these to:
  • Allocate more study time to harder subjects
  • Calculate cognitive energy costs
  • Prioritize study sessions
Class Schedule Setup:
  • Configure your daily class hours using the schedule rows
  • Each day can have a start and end time
  • Leave days blank if you don’t have classes
  • The system automatically blocks these hours in your routine
3

Step 3: Activities & Sports

Set up your athletic and extracurricular commitments.Main Activity (Required):
  • Enter your primary sport or physical activity
  • Select intensity level: Baja, Moderada, Alta, or Muy Alta
  • Define your weekly training schedule (all 7 days available)
  • Indicate if you need transportation to training
Secondary Activity (Optional):
  • Add a second activity like languages, music, or other hobbies
  • Configure its weekly schedule separately
  • This helps the system account for all your commitments
The routine engine calculates physical load based on your activity intensity. High-intensity activities will reduce the amount of cognitive work scheduled on training days.

Step 4: Daily Habits & Wellness

Fine-tune your daily routine with sleep, meals, and hydration goals.Sleep Schedule:
  • Wake Time - When you typically wake up (default: 07:30)
  • Bed Time - When you go to sleep (default: 23:00)
  • These define the boundaries for your daily routine generation
Meal Schedule:
  • Breakfast - Default: 07:00
  • Lunch - Default: 15:00
  • Dinner - Default: 22:00
  • The system uses these as visual anchors in your timeline
Hydration Goal:
  • Set your daily water intake target (1000-4000ml)
  • Default: 2000ml
  • Track your progress throughout the day
Yes! All onboarding settings can be updated in your profile settings at any time. Your routine will automatically regenerate based on the new information.

What Happens After Onboarding?

Once you complete the wizard (by clicking “Finish” on Step 4):
  1. Profile Creation - Your complete user profile is validated and saved
  2. First Routine Generation - The routine engine immediately generates your first optimized daily schedule
  3. Load Calculation - Total cognitive and physical load is computed
  4. Backend Sync - Your profile is saved to the cloud (if signed in)
  5. Dashboard Redirect - You’re taken to your personalized dashboard
The routine engine uses a sophisticated solver algorithm that:
  • Creates fixed blocks for school, training, and events
  • Identifies free time slots
  • Prioritizes tasks by difficulty and importance
  • Allocates study time using your focus preferences (Pomodoro by default)
  • Respects the maximum daily energy load (5500 units)

Tips for Optimal Setup

Don’t overcommit! The system will try to fill all available time. Leave some breathing room for spontaneous activities and rest.
Your subject difficulty ratings directly impact study time allocation. A difficulty 5 subject gets 100 minutes of study time (5 × 20min multiplier) while a difficulty 2 subject gets only 40 minutes.
If you commute to school or training, check the transportation boxes. The system will add buffer time to your schedule.
Your sleep schedule might change during different seasons or academic periods. Update it in settings when needed.
The system uses Pomodoro (25min focus / 5min break) by default. Try it for a week before customizing in settings.

Skipping Onboarding

While you can technically skip onboarding, it’s strongly discouraged. The routine engine requires your profile data to generate meaningful schedules. Without onboarding:
  • No routines will be generated
  • Dashboard widgets will show empty states
  • You’ll need to complete it eventually to use core features

The wizard enforces these validation rules:

AgeMust be 8 or older
