Dashboard Overview

Once your wallet is connected, the dashboard displays five key stat cards, quick actions, active strategies, and a list of all depositors. Dashboard shows stat cards, quick actions, strategy cards, and depositors list
All metrics update automatically in real-time as events occur on the blockchain. No manual refresh needed.

Key Metrics

Vault-Wide Statistics

These metrics show the overall vault state:

IDLE Assets

LINK tokens held in the vault but not yet deployed to strategies.
  • Represents uninvested liquidity
  • Available for immediate withdrawals
  • Updates when deposits or withdrawals occur

Total Managed

Total LINK deployed across all active strategies.
  • Shows total vault assets under management
  • Increases as funds are allocated to strategies
  • Grows as strategies earn yield

MetaVault APY

Current annual percentage yield of the vault.
  • LIVE APY calculated from recent performance
  • Updates as yield is harvested
  • Shows ”—” if data unavailable
  • Can reach 1000%+ APY during high-performance periods

Your Personal Statistics

These metrics are specific to your position:

Your Shares

The number of vault shares you own.
  • Represents your proportional ownership
  • Increases when you deposit
  • Decreases when you withdraw
  • Shares are ERC-20 tokens

Your Assets

Current LINK value of your shares.
  • Includes deposited funds + earned yield
  • Increases as the vault generates returns
  • Shows your total redeemable balance
  • Displayed with growth percentage below

Growth Percentage

Your personal return since your first deposit:
  • Green with ”+” sign: Positive returns
  • Red with ”-” sign: Negative returns (rare in normal operation)
  • Format: +12.34% or -2.10%
  • Calculated as: (Current Assets - Initial Deposit) / Initial Deposit * 100
Example:
  • Initial deposit: 1,000 LINK
  • Current assets: 1,123 LINK
  • Growth: +12.30%

Active Strategies

The dashboard displays all strategies actively managing your funds: Strategy cards show allocation, target percentages, and deviations

Strategy Card Components

Each strategy card displays:

The name of the DeFi protocol (e.g., “Aave Strategy”, “Leverage Strategy”)

The strategy’s smart contract address (shortened format). Click the copy icon to copy the full address.

Balance
number
Amount of LINK currently deployed in this strategy.

Target Allocation
percentage
The AI’s target allocation percentage for this strategy.

Actual Allocation
percentage
Current allocation percentage with color-coded status:
  • Green: Within 5% of target (healthy)
  • Yellow: More than 5% deviation from target (needs rebalancing)

Shows if allocation is off-target by more than 5%, e.g., “+7.23% deviation from target”

Understanding Strategy Allocations

The AI agent automatically rebalances strategies to maintain target allocations:
  • Target: Optimal allocation determined by AI analysis
  • Actual: Current allocation based on deposited funds
  • Deviation: Difference between target and actual
Example: 
Aave Strategy
- Balance: 5,432 LINK
- Target: 60.0%
- Actual: 54.32%
- Deviation: -5.68% (yellow warning)
The AI will rebalance during the next cycle to move actual closer to target.

Depositors List

The right sidebar shows all current vault depositors: Depositors list displays addresses and share balances

List Features

  • Shows wallet addresses (shortened format)
  • Displays share balance for each depositor
  • Updates in real-time as deposits and withdrawals occur
  • Sorted by share amount (largest holders first)
  • Limited to top depositors for performance
Your address is not highlighted differently - all depositors are shown equally for privacy.

Quick Actions Panel

Access common actions directly from the dashboard:

Deposit

Opens the deposit modal to add more LINK to the vault.Large blue button with gradient background.

Withdraw

Opens the withdraw modal to redeem your shares for LINK.Outlined button with subtle background.

Mint Mock LINK

Mints 100 test LINK tokens to your wallet (testnet only).Yellow button for getting test tokens.

Copy LINK Address

Copies the LINK token contract address to clipboard.Useful for adding LINK to your wallet manually.

Most metrics refresh every 3-5 seconds automatically. You don’t need to reload the page.

Monitoring Your Performance

Daily Check

  1. Growth Percentage: Quick view of your returns
  2. Your Assets: See your current vault balance
  3. MetaVault APY: Check current yield rate

Detailed Analysis

  1. Strategy Performance: Which strategies are performing best?
  2. Allocation Status: Are strategies properly balanced?
  3. Depositor Activity: Is the vault growing or shrinking?

Red Flags to Watch

Potential Issues:
  • Negative growth percentage for extended periods
  • Strategies with large deviations (>10%) for a long time
  • APY dropping to near 0%
  • Your assets value decreasing
These may indicate market conditions, strategy issues, or rebalancing needs. The AI agent should automatically address allocation issues.

Understanding Share Price

Your share price determines how much LINK your shares are worth: Formula: 
Share Price = Total Vault Assets / Total Shares
Example:
  • Total vault assets: 11,000 LINK
  • Total shares issued: 10,000
  • Share price: 1.1 LINK per share
If you own 100 shares:
  • Your assets = 100 shares × 1.1 = 110 LINK
  • If you deposited 100 LINK initially, you’ve earned 10% return

Share Price Changes

Share price increases when:
  • Strategies earn yield
  • Harvest events add profits to the vault
  • Fees accumulate to vault assets
Share price rarely decreases (would require strategy losses).

Exporting Performance Data

Currently, MetaVault AI doesn’t have built-in export features. To track performance externally:
  1. Note your starting values:
    • Initial deposit amount
    • Starting share count
    • Deposit date
  2. Periodically record:
    • Current share price
    • Your Assets value
    • Growth percentage
    • Date
  3. Calculate returns:
    • Total return = (Current Assets - Initial Deposit) / Initial Deposit
    • Time-weighted return = Adjust for deposit/withdrawal timing
Take screenshots of the dashboard at regular intervals to maintain a performance record.

Troubleshooting

Possible causes:
  • Wallet not connected
  • Contract addresses not configured
  • No deposits made yet
  • Network connectivity issues
Verify your wallet connection and refresh the page.
The growth percentage is calculated from on-chain data:
  • Based on your total deposits vs. current assets
  • Includes all deposits and withdrawals
  • Updates in real-time
If you’ve made multiple deposits at different times, the growth % reflects your average return across all deposits.
Yellow warnings indicate allocation deviations >5%:
  • This is normal during active periods
  • The AI rebalances periodically
  • Wait for the next rebalance event
If deviations persist >10% for days, there may be liquidity constraints.
High APY (e.g., 1887%) can occur:
  • During short measurement periods with strong performance
  • From successful leveraged strategy gains
  • When total vault assets are small
This is calculated from live data and represents recent annualized returns, not guaranteed future performance.
If stats aren’t updating automatically:
  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Verify you’re on the correct network (Sepolia)
  3. Try refreshing the page
  4. Check browser console for errors
The dashboard uses WebSocket connections to blockchain nodes for real-time data.
