What is AniDev?
AniDev is a modern anime streaming and exploration platform that offers:- High-quality anime streaming with advanced video player

Create Your Account
Visit anidev.app and click the Sign Up button in the navigation bar.Fill in the registration form:Once you submit the form, you’ll receive a verification email. Click the link to activate your account.
- Username: Choose a unique username for your profile
- Email: Your email address for account verification
- Password: A secure password for your account
AniDev uses Supabase Authentication with PKCE flow for secure account creation. Your credentials are encrypted and protected.
Set Up Your Profile
After signing in, navigate to your profile page at
/profile.Customize your profile:- Avatar: Upload a profile picture using the drag-and-drop interface with built-in image cropping
- Username: Update your display name if needed
- Theme: Choose your accent color to personalize the interface
- Parental Control: Toggle content filtering for family-friendly viewing
- Collection: Your main anime library
- Watching: Track animes you’re currently watching
- Completed: Mark animes you’ve finished
- To Watch: Plan your next anime adventure
Discover and Watch Your First Anime
Now you’re ready to explore AniDev’s extensive anime library!Browse the homepage:
- The homepage showcases curated anime sections including trending, top-rated, and seasonal releases
- Each anime card displays the title, cover image, genres, and rating
- Click the search icon or navigate to
/search - Use filters to narrow your search:
- Genres: Action, Adventure, Comedy, Drama, Fantasy, and more
- Year: Filter by release year
- Status: Currently Airing, Finished Airing, or Upcoming
- Studios: Search by animation studio
- Rating: Filter by user ratings
- Click on any anime card to view its details page
- Browse the episode list, watch trailers, and read reviews
- Click “Watch” or select an episode to start streaming
- Enjoy high-quality playback with the Vidstack player featuring:
- Quality selection
- Episode navigation
- Progress tracking (automatically saved to your watch history)
- Keyboard shortcuts for controls
