PDF AI accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe:

All payments are processed securely by Stripe with industry-standard encryption.

Upgrading from Free to Pro

Upgrading is instant and seamless. All your existing chats and PDFs remain accessible.
  1. Click “Get Pro” in your dashboard
  2. Complete the Stripe checkout process
  3. Pro features activate immediately upon payment
  4. Receive confirmation email from Stripe

Managing Your Pro Subscription

As a Pro subscriber, click “Manage Subscriptions” to:
  • View current subscription status
  • Update payment method
  • Download invoices and receipts
  • Change billing information
  • Cancel subscription

Cancellation Policy

  1. Click “Manage Subscriptions” in your dashboard
  2. Select “Cancel Subscription” in the Stripe billing portal
  3. Confirm cancellation
No questions asked, cancel anytime.
  • You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
  • No automatic renewal or future charges
  • All your documents and chats remain accessible during the paid period
  • After period ends, account reverts to Free plan
  • Your data is preserved; you can re-subscribe anytime
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Partial month refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Contact support for refund requests with your subscription details

  • checkout.session.completed - New subscription created
  • invoice.payment_succeeded - Recurring payment processed
These ensure your subscription status is always synchronized.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! You can upgrade from Free to Pro at any time. The Pro features activate immediately upon payment. To downgrade, cancel your Pro subscription and you’ll revert to Free at the end of your billing period.
Currently, PDF AI only offers monthly billing at ₹1,600/month. Annual billing options may be added in the future.
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within the first few days of your subscription if you’re not satisfied, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Your subscription price is locked in when you subscribe. If we change pricing in the future, existing subscribers maintain their current rate.
Special pricing for students, educators, and nonprofits is not currently available but may be offered in the future. Contact us to express interest.
Subscription pausing is not currently supported. You can cancel and re-subscribe anytime, and all your data will be preserved.
Your PDFs, chats, and account data are preserved when you cancel. You can re-subscribe at any time to regain full Pro access. If you want data deletion, contact support separately.
Currently, payment is processed through Stripe which accepts major credit and debit cards. Other payment methods (UPI, net banking, etc.) may be added based on user demand.
