Overview

The onboarding process creates your personalized BAR exam study plan by collecting information about your exam date, goals, and study preferences. This takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.

The 10-Step Onboarding Process

1

Select Your Exam Date

Choose your BAR exam date from the calendar picker. This helps the platform calculate how much time you have to prepare and create an appropriate study schedule.
  • Only future dates can be selected
  • Your countdown timer starts from this date
  • You can update this later from your dashboard if needed
2

Set Your Target Score

Enter your target BAR score (260-400 range).
  • Typical passing score: 270-280 (varies by state)
  • Competitive score: 300+
  • This score guides your study plan intensity
3

Enter Your Current Score

Provide your current or estimated BAR score (260-400 range).
  • If you haven’t taken a practice test, estimate based on your current knowledge
  • This creates a baseline for tracking your improvement
  • The gap between current and target scores determines your study plan focus
4

Weekly Study Hours

Select how many hours per week you can dedicate to studying:
  • 1-5 hours
  • 6-10 hours
  • 11-15 hours
  • 16-20 hours
