Accessing platform settings requires the
ViewPlatformSettings permission. Users without this permission are redirected to /auth/permissions. In the default role configuration, Administrador, Coordinador, and Contador roles have this permission. Soporte and Creador de Sala de Eventos do not.Accessing platform settings
Navigate to/platform-settings from the sidebar. The page renders four configuration tabs.
Configuration tabs
General
The General tab (GeneralSettingsTab) contains core platform configuration options such as the platform name, default currencies, and other organization-wide settings.
Daily exchange rate (Tasa del Día)
The Tasa del Día tab (ExchangeRateTab) lets you set the current exchange rate used by the platform for currency conversions. Update this rate daily or as frequently as your business requires to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Fixed costs (Gastos Fijos)
The Gastos Fijos tab (CostsFixedTab) defines fixed cost items that are applied uniformly to event calculations regardless of ticket volume. Use this section to configure overhead charges, flat service fees, or any recurring cost that does not vary per transaction.
Variable costs (Gastos Variables)
The Gastos Variables tab (CostsVariablesTab) defines percentage-based or unit-based cost items that scale with ticket sales or transaction amounts. Configure commissions, payment processing fees, or other variable charges here.
