Workflows are pre-defined sequences that combine multiple MCPs to automate complex, multi-step tasks. Instead of manually executing each action, you trigger a workflow with a simple prompt and Claudio handles the orchestration.

How workflows work

Each workflow follows a consistent pattern:
1

You provide a trigger

Send a prompt like “Generate the sprint report” or “Create the daily standup notes”
2

Claudio gathers context

Pulls data from multiple sources (ClickUp tasks, Google Sheets metrics, meeting notes)
3

Claudio executes the sequence

Creates documents, updates spreadsheets, sends notifications—all without manual intervention
4

You receive the output

Get links to created documents, summary metrics, or Slack confirmations

Available workflows

Daily standup

Create formatted standup notes and share them with your team in seconds

Create initiative

Build a new initiative with spec document, ClickUp task, and team notifications

Sprint report

Generate comprehensive sprint metrics and populate your tracking spreadsheet

Funnel analysis

Audit and optimize every stage of your acquisition funnel with data-driven recommendations

Automation scripts

Scheduled workflows that run automatically via cron jobs

Trigger patterns

You can trigger workflows through any of Claudio’s channels:
claude -p "Generate the sprint 9 report"
Claudio recognizes natural language variations—you don’t need to memorize exact commands.

When to use workflows

Use workflows for:
  • Recurring tasks that follow the same structure every time (weekly reports, daily standups)
  • Multi-tool operations that require coordinating between ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Slack
  • Time-sensitive processes where automation reduces delays (booking confirmations, report generation)
  • Complex calculations that aggregate data from multiple sources (sprint metrics, funnel analysis)
For one-off tasks or simple queries, use Claudio’s chat interface directly instead of a workflow.
