Sintesis is invite-only. Before you can log in, your organization needs to be granted access. This guide walks you through the full flow — from requesting access to viewing your obras dashboard.
Sintesis is a closed-access platform. You cannot self-register. Access is granted after an administrator approves your organization and sends you an invitation.

Request access

Visit the Sintesis landing page and click Agendar demo in the top navigation bar, or scroll to the ¿Listo para digitalizar tus obras? section and click Empezá hoy.A contact form will open. Fill in the following required fields:

Click Enviar información. The Sintesis team will contact you to schedule a demo and provision your tenant.
In the message field, mention the number of active obras your company manages and whether you have existing Excel or CSV data to import. This helps the team configure your tenant correctly from the start.

Accept your invitation

Once your tenant is provisioned, the Sintesis team or an organization admin will send you an invitation by email.
  1. Open the invitation email and click the acceptance link.
  2. If you do not already have an account, you will be prompted to create one using your email address.
  3. After authenticating, you are redirected to /onboarding.
Invitation links expire. If your link has expired, ask your organization administrator to resend the invitation from the admin panel.

Complete onboarding

The onboarding screen at /onboarding presents two options:
If you received an invitation from an administrator, the Invitaciones Pendientes section shows the invitation card with:
  • The organization name
  • The name of the person who invited you
  • Your assigned role
  • The time remaining before the invitation expires
Click Aceptar on the invitation card. You will be redirected to your organization’s workspace automatically.

Create your first obra

After onboarding you land on the Panel de obras at /excel. This is your central obras dashboard.To create your first obra manually:
  1. Click Nueva obra in the top-right area of the panel header.
  2. A dialog opens. Fill in the obra details:

    Fecha de iniciaciónThe project start date (e.g. Marzo 2025)
  3. Click Crear obra. The new obra appears at the top of the table with an initial progress of 0%.
If you already manage obras in a spreadsheet, use Importar CSV to bulk-load your project list instead of creating obras one by one. See the next step.

Importing obras from CSV (optional)

If you have an existing list of obras in a CSV or Excel export:
  1. Click Importar CSV in the toolbar.
  2. Select your .csv file. Sintesis accepts semicolon-delimited CSV files and handles both UTF-8 and Windows-1252 encodings automatically.
  3. A preview panel slides in from the right showing the first rows parsed from your file, along with the total number of obras to be imported.
  4. Review the preview. Required columns are: Designación y ubicación, Entidad contratante, Mes básico de contrato, and Fecha de iniciación. Rows missing any of these fields are skipped.
  5. Click Confirmar importación.
Imported obras are assigned consecutive numbers starting after the highest existing obra number in your tenant. The system shows a notification confirming the starting number.

Upload documents to your obra

Click on any obra row in the dashboard to open the obra detail page at /excel/[obraId].The obra detail page has several tabs. Navigate to the Documentos tab to access the file manager.To upload documents:
  1. In the file tree sidebar on the left, select the folder where you want to store the document (e.g. Certificados, Documentacion, Planos).
  2. Click Subir (Upload) or drag and drop files directly onto the folder area.
  3. Sintesis uploads the file to the secure obra-documents storage bucket scoped to your obra.
  4. Once uploaded, the document appears in the file list. You can click it to preview it inline.
Documents are organized per obra in a folder tree. Folders like Certificados/Certificados Extraídos are OCR-enabled — documents uploaded there are automatically processed for structured data extraction.
Create a consistent folder structure from the start. Sintesis can be configured with default folder templates per tenant so new obras always start with the same directory layout.

View the obras dashboard

Return to /excel to see your full obras dashboard.From the Panel de obras you can:
  • Search and filter obras using the search bar and tab filters (Todas, Activas, Completadas)
  • Sort columns by clicking any column header
  • Edit fields inline directly in the table cells
  • Track progress via the visual progress bar in the Avance % column
  • Generate a report by clicking Generar Reporte to produce a consolidated PDF across your obra portfolio
On mobile, the dashboard shows a card-based list view. Tap any obra card to open its detail page.
Use the tab filters to focus on active obras during daily operations, and switch to Todas when you need to find a historical project.
