Fill Registration Form
Provide required information:
- Nombres (First Names)
- Apellidos (Last Names)
- Cédula (ID Number)
- Password (minimum requirements apply)
- Parroquia (Parish) - Select from: Tarqui, Eloy Alfaro, Manta, Los Esteros, San Mateo
- Barrio (Neighborhood)
Your location (Parroquia and Barrio) determines which surveys and news you’ll see. Make sure to provide accurate location information.

- En Revisión (Under Review) - Being evaluated by administrators
- En Proceso (In Progress) - Work has started
- Resuelto (Resolved) - Issue has been fixed
- Rechazado (Rejected) - Report was not approved

Navigate to Reportar Problema (/reportar-problema) to report urban issues.
