Vibe Check includes an on-demand health reference system that you can invoke anytime you need a quick stretch, eye exercise, breathing technique, or ergonomic reminder.

How to Invoke

Simply type /vibe-check:health in your Claude Code session to access the health reference card. You can also ask about specific topics:
  • “show me some stretches”
  • “what are good eye exercises?”
