Common Workflows

The most popular workflow for exam preparation:
  1. Upload lecture notes or type a topic → Generate quiz
  2. Take the quiz and review what you missed
  3. Use Doubt Solver for questions you got wrong
  4. Generate a new quiz on weak areas
  5. Repeat until you score 90%+
This implements active recall—the most effective study technique.
Combine focus and active recall:
  1. Use Study Timer for a 25-minute focused session
  2. Take notes during your session
  3. During your 5-minute break, generate a quick quiz
  4. Quiz yourself on what you just studied
  5. Review mistakes before the next Pomodoro
This locks in learning immediately while it’s fresh.
When you hit a roadblock:
  1. Navigate to Doubt Solver from the tools menu
  2. Type your question or upload a photo of the problem
  3. Get step-by-step explanation
  4. Once you understand, generate a quiz on that concept
  5. Take the quiz to ensure you truly understand
This ensures you don’t just memorize the answer—you learn the concept.

Tips for Better Quizzes

Be Specific: Instead of “quiz me on biology,” try “quiz me on cellular respiration for AP Biology - focus on the Krebs cycle and electron transport chain.”
Add Context: Upload your actual lecture notes or textbook excerpts for questions that match exactly what you’re studying.
Use the Subject Field: When expanding optional context, select the subject from the dropdown for more accurate question types.
Review Explanations: Don’t just look at your score. Read the explanations for questions you got right too—you’ll often learn something new.
