Or search for superpowers in the Cursor plugin marketplace UI.

or 
Tell me about your superpowers
The agent should invoke the brainstorming skill automatically.

How skills work in Cursor

Superpowers uses Cursor’s plugin system to register skills. The using-superpowers skill sets the rule that any applicable skill must be invoked before responding. Cursor uses hooks-cursor.json for Cursor-specific hook configuration, enabling session-start skill bootstrapping.

Updating

Skills update automatically when the Cursor plugin updates. To force an update, reinstall via: 
/add-plugin superpowers
Cursor’s subagent support may differ from Claude Code. Skills that use Task for subagent dispatch adapt to Cursor’s available agent tools.
