One missed update triggers a warning DM from your Keymaster or Country Lead. Two consecutive missed updates result in automatic role removal and move to the @Alumni role.This policy ensures:
  • Active participation from all contributors
  • Timely communication across the network
  • Fair distribution of compensation to active members
Alumni can re-apply through the normal onboarding process at any time.
You can join Discord from anywhere in the world. However, active tracks depend on which countries have appointed Country Leads.If your country doesn’t have active tracks yet:
  • Join as a Candidate to learn and engage
  • Build your XP and community standing
  • Express interest in becoming a Country Lead
  • Help launch The Liberation Network in your region

  • Monthly compensation for Ciphers and Keymasters
  • Monthly Spotlight awards
  • All payments in stablecoins via P2P protocol
Ciphers typically focus on one track to maintain quality and depth of contribution. However:
  • You can request a track change through your Country Lead
  • Exceptional contributors may be invited to support multiple tracks
  • Keymasters coordinate across tracks at the country level
Discuss any interest in changing or expanding your role with your Keymaster.
Time commitment varies by track and specific assignment, but generally:
  • Minimum: Weekly update submission and core responsibilities
  • Typical: 5-10 hours per week
  • Compensation reflects the scope of your assignment

Three winners are selected each month by Country Leads and Core Team based on:
  • Exceptional impact or results
  • Innovation in approach or execution
  • Going above and beyond role expectations
  • Embodying Liberation Network principles
Winners are announced in #hall-of-fame and receive $500 bonus.
