Action ID System

All moderation actions generate unique Action IDs for tracking and management:
  • W# - Warning actions (e.g., W1, W2, W3)
  • K# - Kick actions (e.g., K1, K2, K3)
  • B# - Ban actions (e.g., B1, B2, B3)
  • T# - Timeout actions (e.g., T1, T2, T3)
  • C# - Clear/purge actions (e.g., C1234567890)
These IDs can be used with the /removesin command to revoke moderation actions and undo punishments where possible.

Permission Levels

Commands are organized by required permissions:
  • /ban - Permanent ban
  • /removesin - Revoke moderation actions
  • /syncroles - Synchronize wiki roles

  • /archives - View deleted messages
  • /slowmode - Rate limit channels
  • All fun commands (aura, battle, ship, etc.)
  • Wiki integration (link, checklink, trivia)
  • Informational commands

Common Features

Ephemeral Responses

Many commands use ephemeral replies that only the command user can see, keeping server channels clean.

Rich Embeds

All commands use Discord embeds with color-coded feedback:
  • 🔴 Red/Dark Red - Bans and severe actions
  • 🟠 Orange - Warnings and alerts
  • 🟡 Yellow - Timeouts and temporary actions
  • 🔵 Blue - Information and neutral actions
  • 🟢 Green - Success and positive actions

Thematic Language

Aphonos uses a unique thematic voice inspired by ALTER EGO’s lore, with references to “Alteruism,” “divine powers,” and “sacred halls” throughout command responses.
