Club Profile Management

Categories and Tags

Organize your club’s identity:
  • Primary Category - Main classification (Academic, Cultural, Social, etc.)

  • Target Audience - Specify years, schools, and majors

Member Management

Comprehensive member management with role-based permissions.

Membership Roles

Owner

Full control over club settings, members, and all features. Can promote/demote other members.

Officer

Manage events, applications, and most club features. Cannot modify owner permissions.

Basic membership with access to member-only content and events.

Member Invitations

Invite new members to your club:

Enter the email address and select the role (Member, Officer, or Owner)

System automatically sends an invitation email with a secure link

Recipient clicks the link and is automatically added to the club

Optionally set an expiration date for invitations
Invitation links are secured with unique tokens and can only be used once.

Membership Requests

Ownership Transfers

Transfer ownership of a club:
  • Current owners receive ownership requests from other members

  • 6-month request cooldown to prevent spam
