IdP Simulator

Built-in identity provider simulator for testing SSO flows without configuring a real IdP. Features:
  • Simulates SAML and OIDC providers
  • Test different user scenarios
  • Customize user attributes
  • Test error conditions
Usage:
  1. Use test organization in development environment
  2. Initiate SSO with @example.com email
  3. IdP Simulator displays test login page
  4. Enter test credentials to complete flow

Test credentials

Use these credentials with the IdP Simulator:
  • Email: Any email with @example.com or @example.org
  • Password: Any value (simulator accepts all passwords)

Testing environments

Scalekit provides separate environments:
  • Development: For development and testing
  • Production: For live applications
Each environment has separate API credentials and configurations.
