Platform Roles

PassTru supports four distinct user roles, each with specific permissions:

  • Event Manager — Assigned by clients to handle check-in operations for specific events (limited access)
  • Attendee — Receives personalized portal access after check-in to view event details and their QR code
  • Super Admin — Platform administrators who manage clients, pricing, and system-wide settings
