Get started with YBH Pulse Content

This guide walks you through creating an episode, uploading a transcript, generating content, and sharing a brand kit with your guest.

Sign in to Pulse Content

Navigate to the login page and sign in with your @popularit.net email address.
If you don’t have an account, contact your team administrator. Only @popularit.net email addresses are allowed for security.
Your session will remain active for 24 hours before requiring re-authentication.

Create a new episode

From the Episodes page, click New Episode in the top-right corner.
Select a guest from the Guest Directory:
  • Choose an existing guest to link career data and LinkedIn profile
  • Guest status automatically updates as you progress through the workflow
  • Share links can be sent directly to the guest later
You’ll be redirected to the episode detail page after creation.

Upload your transcript

On the Transcript tab, upload your edited transcript from Adobe Podcast:
Supported formats:
- Plain text (.txt)
- Microsoft Word (.docx)
- PDF documents (.pdf)
- Drag & drop or paste directly into editor
The transcript becomes the single source of truth for all generated content. AI fact-checking validates against this transcript to prevent hallucinations.

Auto-format option

Enable “Auto-format” to clean up transcript formatting:
  • Remove speaker labels (e.g., “Doug:”, “Guest:”)
  • Fix line breaks and spacing
  • Preserve paragraph structure

Set episode metadata

Click Edit Metadata to configure:
  • Episode Number - Required for share links and file naming
  • Guest Name - Used in content generation prompts
  • Episode Title - Optional, can be generated with AI
  • Guest LinkedIn URL - Enables career timeline generation
You can generate episode metadata automatically after PRF is created. Click Generate Metadata to create title, descriptions, key takeaways, and show notes based on the transcript.

Generate PRF document

Switch to the PRF tab and click Generate PRF.The AI analyzes your transcript and creates a Podcast Repurposing Framework including:
  • Executive summary of key insights
  • Main themes and discussion topics
  • Quotable soundbites from the guest
  • Business frameworks or methodologies discussed
  • Practical takeaways for IT leaders
Review before approving: AI-generated content should be fact-checked against the transcript. Use the Fact Check feature to validate claims.
Edit the PRF using the rich text editor:
  • Format with headings, bold, italics, lists
  • Add tables or highlights for emphasis
  • Use slash commands (/heading, /quote) for quick formatting
When satisfied, click Approve PRF to enable downstream content generation.

Generate viral hooks

On the Hooks tab, click Generate Hooks.Viral hooks are short, attention-grabbing statements designed for social media:

Review and edit hooks, then Approve Hooks to use them in social posts.

Generate social posts

Navigate to the Posts tab to create platform-specific content.

LinkedIn Posts

Click Generate LinkedIn Posts to create:
  • Release Day Post - Announcement when the episode goes live
  • Follow-Up Post - Additional insight shared days later
Both posts include:
  • Verified facts bank (quotes, numbers, frameworks extracted from transcript)
  • Platform-optimized formatting
  • Hashtag suggestions
  • Character counts for LinkedIn’s limits
Use the Spell Check button to run AI grammar and spelling correction on your posts before approving.

Instagram Captions

Click Generate Instagram Posts for:
  • Story-style captions with hooks
  • Emoji usage for engagement
  • Hashtag recommendations
  • Call-to-action prompts
Edit captions in the rich text editor and approve when ready.

Generate visual assets

Switch to the Assets tab to create infographics and visual content.Click Generate Visual Suggestions to create 10 suggestions:
  • 4 Data Visualizations - Charts, frameworks, statistics
  • 4 Cinematic Infographics - Editorial designs with bold visuals
  • 2 Quote Cards - Guest quotes with YBH branding
AI generates complete specs for each suggestion including layout, template, color system, icon style, and image prompt. You can edit prompts before generating images.

Generate images

For each suggestion:
  1. Review the spec (layout, colors, content breakdown)
  2. Edit the image prompt if needed
  3. Click Generate Image to render with Kie.ai
  4. Add YBH logo composite if desired
  5. Approve to add to brand kit

Career timeline

If guest LinkedIn URL is set, generate a career timeline:
  • Fetches career history from LinkedIn
  • Creates isometric 3D timeline visualization
  • Includes position titles, companies, and dates
  • Automatically added to brand kit

Curate brand kit assets

On the Assets tab, select which assets to include in the guest’s brand kit:
  • Drag to reorder assets (guest sees them in this order)
  • Toggle visibility for each asset
  • Add captions to provide context
  • Preview the guest view with Preview Brand Kit
When satisfied, click Lock Brand Kit to finalize curation.
Once locked, assets cannot be edited. Unlock to make changes, but note that guests with the share link will see updates immediately.

Generate and share brand kit link

Click Generate Share Link to create a unique URL for your guest.The share link provides:
  • Episode metadata and guest information
  • PRF summary in an editorial layout
  • Viral hooks with premium typography
  • Career timeline (if available)
  • Visual assets in a masonry grid with lightbox
  • Download buttons for images and full kit ZIP

Track link views and downloads in the episode analytics dashboard. You’ll see when guests access their brand kit and which assets they download.

  • Use Adobe Podcast transcript as your starting point
  • Remove irrelevant content (ads, intros, outros)
  • Fix speaker attribution if needed
  • Ensure guest name is spelled correctly throughout

  • Generate 2-3 rounds of suggestions to get variety
