Stable Trends

What it means:
  • Consistent performance level
  • Plateau in learning curve
  • May need new strategies to improve
Action: Try different learning methods, explore new topics

Mixed Trends

What it means:
  • Some areas improving, others declining
  • Uneven focus or attention
  • Natural variation in different skills

Progress Tracking Strategies

Short-term Tracking (Week-to-Week)

1

Take regular quizzes

Quiz yourself on the same figure multiple times, spacing sessions 3-7 days apart to measure retention.
2

Review each feedback immediately

Read feedback thoroughly after each quiz. Note specific points mentioned in strengths and improvements.
3

Create action items

From each “Areas for Improvement” section, create 1-2 specific action items to work on before your next quiz.
4

Track category patterns

Notice which categories consistently score high or low. Focus study on your weakest category.

Long-term Tracking (Month-to-Month)

1

Compare across figures

Take quizzes on multiple figures in the same category (e.g., multiple scientists) to see if skills transfer.
2

Monitor trend consistency

Are your scores generally increasing over months? A gradual upward trend indicates effective learning.
3

Diversify categories

Once confident in one category, branch out to others. This builds well-rounded historical knowledge.
4

Set milestones

Create goals like “achieve 80+ in Technical Knowledge” or “reduce improvement areas to 3 or fewer.”

Tips for Using Analytics Effectively

Review Immediately

Look at feedback within 24 hours of taking a quiz while the conversation is still fresh in your mind.

Take Notes

Keep a separate notebook or document tracking:
  • Key weaknesses to address
  • Study resources needed
  • Questions for future quizzes
  • Personal insights

Set Goals

Before each quiz, set a specific goal:
  • Improve specific category by 5 points
  • Demonstrate a particular strength
  • Reduce improvement areas
  • Beat your previous total score

Celebrate Progress

Acknowledge improvements, even small ones:
  • Note when trends go up
  • Recognize new strengths
  • Appreciate fewer improvement areas
  • Reward yourself for milestones

Study Between Quizzes

Use improvement areas as a study guide:
  • Research topics mentioned
  • Read about the historical figure
  • Practice weak categories
  • Prepare better questions

Compare Intelligently

Make fair comparisons:
  • Same difficulty level quizzes
  • Similar time investments
  • Account for figure complexity
  • Consider external factors

Advanced Analytics Insights

Category Correlation

Observation: Some categories often correlate:
  • Communication SkillsConfidence and Clarity: Often move together
  • Technical KnowledgeProblem Solving: Strong knowledge enables better problem solving
  • Cultural Fit: Often independent, varies by figure and context
Insight: If one category in a pair is low, work on both together for better results.

Score Calibration

Understanding score ranges:
  • 90-100: Exceptional, rare even for experts
  • 75-89: Strong performance, good understanding
  • 60-74: Adequate, room for focused improvement
  • Below 60: Significant gaps, foundational work needed
The AI is calibrated to be thorough but fair. A score of 75+ indicates genuinely strong performance.

Strengths vs. Improvements Balance

Ideal ratio: Roughly equal numbers
  • More strengths than improvements: You’re doing well overall
  • More improvements than strengths: Focus on building fundamentals
  • Many of both: Complex performance with specific highs and lows
  • Few of both: May indicate need for longer, more detailed conversations

Troubleshooting

Possible causes:
  • No quizzes completed yet
  • Feedback generation failed
  • Data loading error
Solutions:
  • Complete a quiz to generate data
  • Check browser console for errors
  • Refresh the page
  • Contact support if persistent
Remember:
  • AI analyzes only the transcript
  • Voice recognition may miss words
  • Incomplete answers score lower
  • Context from your tone is lost
Solutions:
  • Speak more clearly in future quizzes
  • Provide complete, thorough answers
  • Explain your reasoning explicitly
  • Review transcript to see what was captured
Issues:
  • Bottom sheet not opening
  • Content not scrolling
Solutions:
  • Ensure JavaScript enabled
  • Try landscape orientation
  • Clear browser cache
  • Update to latest browser version
