1. Acceptance of Terms

By using HoYoVista (“the Bot”, “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Bot. Registration with the /register command constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

HoYoVista is a Discord bot that provides integration with HoYoLAB to access game data and perform actions for HoYoverse games, including but not limited to:

• Genshin Impact
• Honkai: Star Rail
• Honkai Impact 3rd
• Zenless Zone Zero

The Service includes features such as:

• Daily check-in automation
• Real-time game data viewing (resin, stamina, etc.)
• Profile and statistics display
• Income/ledger reports
• Code redemption (when available)
• Account data management

3. User Requirements

3.1 Eligibility

To use HoYoVista, you must:

• Have a valid Discord account in good standing
• Have a HoYoLAB account with at least one linked game
• Be 13 years of age or older (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Comply with Discord’s Terms of Service
• Comply with HoYoverse’s Terms of Service

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your HoYoLAB cookies
• All activities that occur through your account
• Ensuring your credentials are not shared with others
• Notifying us of any unauthorized access

4. HoYoLAB Integration

4.1 Cookie Provision

By providing your HoYoLAB cookies, you:

• Grant HoYoVista permission to access your HoYoLAB data on your behalf
• Confirm you are the legitimate owner of the HoYoLAB account
• Acknowledge that cookies are stored securely but you bear responsibility for their provision
• Understand that you must re-link if cookies expire or are invalidated

4.2 Cookie Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your cookies, including:

• Encrypted storage in secure databases
• Access controls and authentication
• Regular security audits

However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. You provide cookies at your own risk.

4.3 Third-Party Services

HoYoVista relies on:

• HoYoLAB API: For game data, check-ins, and account information
• Enka Network API: For detailed profile data (Genshin Impact and Zenless Zone Zero)
• External code sources: For redemption code discovery

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or changes to these third-party services.

5. Acceptable Use

​

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use HoYoVista to:

• Access your own game data
• Automate daily check-ins for your accounts
• View statistics and reports
• Manage your personal data

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You must NOT:

• Use the Bot to access accounts you do not own
• Share your cookies with others or use cookies obtained from others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Abuse, exploit, or manipulate the Bot’s features
• Attempt to overload or disrupt the Bot’s services
• Use the Bot for any illegal purposes
• Violate HoYoverse’s Terms of Service or game rules
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or cooldowns
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with HoYoVista
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize access to the Bot

5.3 Rate Limits

The Bot implements rate limits and cooldowns to:

• Prevent abuse and ensure fair use
• Comply with HoYoLAB API rate limits
• Maintain service stability

Excessive use may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.

6. Automatic Features

​

6.1 Auto Check-in

When enabled:

• The Bot will automatically perform daily check-ins between approximately 1:00-2:00 AM UTC
• You can enable/disable this feature per game in /settings
• Failed check-ins may occur due to expired cookies or HoYoLAB issues
• You are responsible for monitoring check-in status

6.2 Auto Redemption

When available and enabled:

• The Bot will automatically attempt to redeem publicly available codes
• Codes are sourced from third-party APIs
• We do not guarantee code validity or availability
• You are responsible for verifying redemptions

7. Data Collection and Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about:

• What data we collect
• How we use your data
• How we protect your data
• Your data rights

Key points:

• We store Discord IDs, HoYoLAB cookies, game account info, and settings
• Analytics collection is optional and can be disabled
• You can view and delete your data at any time via /data and /hoyolink

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

• HoYoVista and its original content are owned by the developers
• Game data, images, and content belong to HoYoverse (miHoYo/Cognosphere)
• Discord and its trademarks belong to Discord Inc.

8.2 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HoYoVista for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8.3 Trademarks

“Genshin Impact”, “Honkai: Star Rail”, “Honkai Impact 3rd”, “Zenless Zone Zero”, and related marks are trademarks of HoYoverse. Use of these trademarks does not imply endorsement.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

HoYoVista is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Features may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time
• Maintenance and downtime may occur without notice
• Third-party API changes may affect functionality

9.2 No Warranty

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• That the service will meet your requirements
• That data will be accurate, complete, or timely
• That the service is free from viruses or harmful components

9.3 Not Affiliated

HoYoVista is NOT:

• Created by, affiliated with, or endorsed by HoYoverse
• Created by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Discord Inc.
• An official HoYoverse product or service

Use of HoYoVista is at your own risk and discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Liability for Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or game progress
• Account suspensions or bans resulting from Bot use
• Unauthorized access to your accounts
• Errors, bugs, or service interruptions
• Actions or omissions of third-party services

10.2 Account Actions

We are not responsible if:

• Your HoYoLAB or game account is suspended or banned
• You lose access to your account
• Your cookies are compromised
• Automated actions fail or produce unexpected results

You use the Bot at your own risk.

10.3 Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of game data from HoYoLAB
• Profile data from Enka Network
• Redemption codes from external sources
• Links or content from third parties

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HoYoVista, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Bot
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of HoYoverse or Discord Terms of Service

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may stop using HoYoVista at any time by:

• Using /hoyolink to unlink your account
• Using /data to delete your data
• Removing the Bot from your Discord

12.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access without notice
• Refuse service to anyone at any time
• Modify or discontinue the Bot

Reasons for termination may include:

• Violation of these Terms
• Abusive or fraudulent behavior
• Excessive resource usage
• Legal or regulatory requirements

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Bot ends immediately
• We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Provisions that should survive termination remain in effect

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time:

• Changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• Material changes may be announced via the Bot or Discord
• You are responsible for reviewing Terms periodically

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, contact us via /feedback to attempt informal resolution.

14.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with local laws.

If informal resolution fails, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and HoYoVista.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

15.3 Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without notice.

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
