This comprehensive guide walks you through the complete administrative workflow for managing Dashboard Dilemas, from initial setup to ongoing operations.

Overview

As an administrator, you’ll manage the entire lifecycle of ethical dilemma campaigns for your clients. This includes onboarding companies, creating users, configuring dilemmas, and tracking performance.
Admins have full access to all features, while client users have restricted access limited to their own organization’s data.

Daily Administrative Tasks

1

Review Dashboard Metrics

Start each day by checking the central dashboard for key performance indicators:
  • Total Users: Number of registered participants
  • Active Users: Users currently engaging with dilemmas
  • Participation Rate: Percentage of users actively playing
  • Average Performance: Overall score across all sessions
  • Risk Index: Percentage indicating areas requiring attention
Navigate to the main dashboard to see these metrics at a glance.
2

Check Weekly Reports

Access the Weekly Report section to view:
  • Sessions completed in the last 7 days
  • Unique users participating
  • Average scores and completion rates
  • Users with pending/incomplete dilemmas (>3 days)
  • Top performing dilemmas and active clients
The weekly report can be filtered by date range and sent via email to stakeholders. Use the “Enviar por Email” button to distribute reports.
3

Monitor User Progress

Visit the Users section to track individual progress:
  1. Filter by client, dilemma, or search by name/email
  2. Review completion rates and performance scores
  3. Identify users who need follow-up or reminders
  4. Click “Detalle” on any user to see their full activity history
Export user data to CSV for deeper analysis or reporting to clients.
4

Address Critical Questions

Navigate to Questions (Analítica Transversal de Preguntas) to identify problematic content:
  • Questions marked as critical (red indicator)
  • High error rates (>30% failure)
  • Low success rates across participants
Use filters to sort by:
  • Difficulty level (High/Medium/Low)
  • Error rate (descending)
  • Number of attempts
This helps you identify learning gaps and areas where users struggle.

Weekly Administrative Tasks

Every week, administrators should:
  1. Access Weekly Report: Go to the Weekly Report tab
  2. Set Date Range: Use the filters to select the reporting period (default: last 7 days)
  3. Review KPIs:
    • Total sessions and unique users
    • Average scores and completion rates
    • New user registrations
    • Users with incomplete dilemmas
  4. Send Email Reports:
    • Click “Enviar por Email”
    • Enter recipient emails (comma-separated)
    • The system sends a formatted HTML report with all metrics
Reports include charts showing daily activity, top dilemmas, and active clients for easy executive consumption.

    • Share certificates promptly after completion
    • Collect feedback through the Feedback section

Data-Driven Decision Making

Use the platform’s analytics to:
  • Personalize Content: Create dilemmas targeting specific weak areas
  • Optimize Timing: Schedule campaigns during peak engagement hours
  • Improve Questions: Rewrite or replace questions with consistently high error rates
  • Segment Audiences: Tailor dilemmas to specific departments or roles

Automation Features

Dashboard Dilemas includes automated scripts that run in the background:
  • weekly_report.php: Generates weekly summaries
  • cron_email_reminders.php: Sends automatic reminders to users with pending dilemmas
Ensure these cron jobs are properly configured on your server for optimal operation.

Symptoms: Certain questions consistently show >40% error rateSolutions:
  • Review question wording for clarity
  • Check if the “correct” answer is actually debatable
