Reprodisseny reviews every quote request personally. Fill out the online form with your project details and you will receive a tailored quote within 24 business hours.

How to submit a quote request

1

Find the product you need

Navigate to the relevant product category on the Reprodisseny website — for example, large-format printing, PLV displays, vinyls, or packaging. Each product page has a Request a quote button that pre-fills the product name and category in the form.
2

Fill in your contact details

The form requires the following fields:
  • Name (required) — your full name, 2–80 characters.
  • Email (required) — a valid email address where you will receive the quote.
  • Phone (optional) — a direct number in case the team needs to clarify details quickly.
  • Company (optional) — your organization name. Useful for invoicing and for referencing your project internally.
Your contact details are only used to process your quote request. Reprodisseny does not share this information with third parties.
3

Describe your project

Use the Message field to describe your specifications as precisely as possible. The more detail you provide, the more accurate the quote will be. Include:
  • Finished dimensions (width × height in mm or cm)
  • Quantity
  • Material or substrate preference (if you have one)
  • Finishing options — lamination, cutting, mounting, eyelets, etc.
  • Delivery deadline or urgency
Copy and paste your product datasheet or a brief into the message field if you have one ready. This saves a round-trip email.
4

Attach your file (optional)

You can attach an existing design file directly to the quote request. Accepted formats:
FormatNotes
PDFPreferred for print-ready artwork
JPEGPhotos and raster images
PNGRaster images with transparency
SVGVector artwork
EPSLegacy vector format
ZIPMultiple files bundled together
Maximum file size: 25 MB.If you are uploading a design file for production, leave the file type as Design (the default). Use Brief if you are sharing a reference document, or Proof if you are uploading a proof for approval.
You do not need to attach a file to submit a quote request. You can send your files later once the project scope is agreed.
5

Accept the privacy policy and submit

Check the privacy policy consent box and click Send request. You will see a confirmation message on screen, and a copy of your submission is logged in the Reprodisseny system.

What happens next

After you submit the form:
  1. Within 24 business hours — the Reprodisseny team reviews your request and any attached files.
  2. Pre-press check — if you attached artwork, the team performs a preliminary check for obvious issues (color mode, resolution, bleed). They will flag any problems before producing a quote.
  3. Quote delivery — you receive a detailed quote by email, including pricing, production lead time, and any file feedback.
Business hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 CET. Requests submitted outside these hours are reviewed the next working day.

Frequently asked questions

Lead times vary by product and quantity. Standard small-format digital printing (flyers, business cards) is typically 2–3 business days. Large-format jobs, PLV displays, and custom packaging may take 5–10 business days. The quote will always include an estimated production time for your specific job.
If the pre-press check identifies issues — wrong color mode, missing bleed, low resolution — the team will contact you before production starts. You can upload a corrected file at no additional charge, provided the specifications have not changed. See the file preparation guide to avoid common issues.
Yes. Note your deadline clearly in the Message field. Reprodisseny evaluates urgent requests on a case-by-case basis depending on current production capacity. An express surcharge may apply. Contacting the team directly by phone is the fastest way to confirm availability for same-day or next-day jobs.
