Overview
Health Manager allows you to track various types of health information including medical appointments, exercise activities, weight measurements, and heart rate data. All records are displayed in an interactive calendar interface.Types of Health Records
Health Manager supports four main types of health records:- Medical Appointments: Track doctor visits, consultations, and medical procedures
- Exercise Activities: Log workouts and physical activities
- Weight Measurements: Monitor weight changes over time
- Heart Rate Measurements: Track heart rate readings
Adding a New Record
Open the Calendar
Navigate to the main calendar view. This is typically your home screen after logging in.
Click the Add Button
Look for the
+ button in the lower right corner of the screen.The floating action button is your quick access point for creating any type of health record.
Select Record Type
Choose the type of record you want to add:
- Medical Appointment
- Exercise Activity
- Weight Measurement
- Heart Rate Measurement
Fill in Details
Enter the relevant information for your record. Each type has specific fields:Medical Appointments:
- Date and time
- Doctor or specialist name
- Purpose of visit
- Notes or follow-up actions
- Date and duration
- Type of exercise
- Intensity level
- Additional notes
- Date
- Weight value
- Optional notes
- Date and time
- Heart rate value (BPM)
- Context (resting, active, etc.)
Viewing Your Records
Calendar View
The calendar provides a visual overview of all your health activities:- Records appear on their corresponding dates
- Different record types are displayed with distinct visual indicators
- Click on any day to view detailed information
Viewing Day Details
Tracking Weight Over Time
Weight measurements include special visualization features:- Evolution Charts: View your weight changes over time with interactive graphs
- Trend Analysis: Identify patterns in your weight management
- Historical Data: Access all past measurements in chronological order
Regular weight logging helps you and your healthcare providers track progress and make informed decisions.
Editing and Deleting Records
You can modify or remove records as needed:- Navigate to the record you want to edit
- Click on the record to open its details
- Use the edit button to modify information
- Use the delete button to remove the record permanently
Deleted records cannot be recovered, so always confirm before removing important health data.
Best Practices
Regular Updates
- Log health data consistently for accurate tracking
- Add notes to provide context for measurements
- Record appointments immediately after scheduling
Organization
- Use clear, descriptive titles for medical appointments
- Include relevant details in notes fields
- Keep exercise logs detailed for better insights
Data Accuracy
- Enter measurements as soon as possible after taking them
- Double-check values before saving
- Include time of day for context-sensitive measurements
