The matching score (0-100) helps you identify guides with the highest compatibility based on your profile preferences.
A complete profile helps our matching algorithm find the best guides for you:

Yes! Use the favorites feature to save:

Access your saved favorites from your profile dashboard.
After completing a tour:
  1. Navigate to the guide’s profile
  2. Click “Write a Review”
  3. Rate your experience (1-5 stars)
  4. Share details about:
    • What you enjoyed most
    • The guide’s expertise and communication
    • Whether the experience met your expectations
    • Any suggestions for future travelers
Your honest reviews help other tourists make informed decisions and help guides improve their services.
Contact your guide directly as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Each guide may have different cancellation policies, which should be discussed when booking.Check the trip status history to track any changes to your booking.

To become a verified guide:
  1. Register for a guide account
  2. Complete your guide profile with detailed information
  3. Add certifications (if applicable) - tourism certifications, licenses, first aid training, etc.
  4. Specify your expertise areas - cultural heritage, gastronomy, adventure sports, etc.
  5. List your service locations - cities and regions where you offer tours
  6. Create your first tour plan to showcase your offerings
  7. Submit for verification - our team will review your profile

    • Maximum group size
    • Required fitness level
    • What to bring
    • Meeting point details

  5. Publish when ready
