Choose Your Mokepon
You’ll see 6 unique Mokepons to choose from. Each has a different element type that determines their combat strengths:Fire Mokepons 🔥
- Ratigueya and Langostelvis
- Strong against Plant types
- Weak against Water types
- Hipodoge and Pydos
- Strong against Fire types
- Weak against Plant types
- Capipepo and Tucapalma
- Strong against Water types
- Weak against Fire types
Navigate the Map
You’ll spawn on a colorful map with your Mokepon. Time to explore!Desktop Controls:
- Use Arrow Keys to move in any direction
- Hold a key to move continuously
- Use the on-screen directional buttons at the bottom of the map
- Tap and hold to move continuously
Look for other Mokepons on the map. CPU-controlled opponents will have a red “CPU” label above them. You can also battle other human players who are online!
Enter Battle
Move your Mokepon around until you collide with another Mokepon. When you touch an opponent, the battle screen automatically appears.You’ll see:
- Your Mokepon on the left with 3 hearts (lives)
- Your opponent on the right with 3 hearts
- Attack buttons showing your available moves
Win Your First Battle
The combat is turn-based with elemental rock-paper-scissors mechanics:Winning the Battle:
- 🔥 Fire beats 🌱 Plant
- 🌱 Plant beats 💧 Water
- 💧 Water beats 🔥 Fire
- Click one of your attack buttons (🔥, 💧, or 🌱)
- Wait for your opponent to choose their attack
- The winner is determined by the element matchup
- The loser loses one heart ❤️
- Repeat until someone runs out of hearts
If both players choose the same attack type, it’s a draw and nobody loses a heart.
- Keep attacking until your opponent’s hearts reach zero
- Use your attacks strategically - once you use an attack button, it’s gone for that round
- If both players run out of attacks before anyone loses all hearts, a new round begins with all attacks restored
Tips for New Players
Choose Wisely
Each Mokepon has 5 attacks: 3 of their main element type and 1 of each other type. Plan your attack sequence carefully!
Type Advantage
Type matchups matter! Water beats Fire, Fire beats Plant, and Plant beats Water. Use your primary attacks when you have the advantage!
CPU vs Players
CPU opponents are marked with a red “CPU” label. They’re perfect for practice before facing human opponents!
Map Awareness
The map has boundaries - you can’t move off the edges. Use this to your advantage when positioning!
