Buy In Report

Location: Reports > Buy In Report Purpose: Analyze product-level purchasing performance showing purchase quantities, costs, returns, and net purchase amounts.

Key Metrics

  • Purchase Quantity (采购数量): Total units purchased
  • Purchase Amount (采购金额): Total cost of purchases
  • Return Quantity (退货数量): Units returned to suppliers
  • Return Amount (退货金额): Credit received for returns
  • Net Purchase Amount (实际采购金额): Purchase Amount - Return Amount

How to Use

  1. Access the Report
    • Navigate to Reports > Buy In Report
    • Report loads with default date range (last 3 months)
  2. Set Date Range (Required)
    Document Date: Select start and end dates
    Default: Previous 3 months to today
    This filter is mandatory for performance
    
  3. Apply Additional Filters (Optional)
    Material Info: Search by barcode, name, specs, model
    Supplier: Select specific supplier
    Warehouse: Filter by receiving warehouse
    Organization: Filter by department/branch
    Category: Choose material category
    
  4. Analyze Results
    • View Net Purchase Amount at top of page
    • Sort by purchase amount to identify top purchases
    • Review return quantities to spot supplier quality issues
    • Compare costs across different suppliers and time periods
  5. Export and Share
    • Click Export for Excel download
    • Share with purchasing team for analysis
    • Use data for supplier negotiations
