Please don’t send code because it’s a pain in the ass to review, etc.

Reporting Issues

Send an email with enough details to reproduce the issue. The more information you provide, the easier it will be to identify and fix the problem.

What to Include

Detailed Description

Provide a clear description of the issue you’re experiencing. Include:
  • What you were trying to do
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened

Screenshots

Screenshots are highly encouraged. They help visualize the problem and provide context.

Videos

If the issue involves a sequence of actions or animations, a video can be extremely helpful.

Log Files

Include relevant log files from:
  • Client logs
  • Server logs (ps_game, etc.)
  • Any error messages or stack traces

Reproduction Steps

Provide step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue so it can be verified and debugged.
The more detail you provide, the faster issues can be resolved.
