Generating a client report

1

Open Agency Tools

Navigate to Agency Tools in the WP Manager Pro sidebar.
2

Go to the Client Report tab

Click the Client Report tab.
3

Generate the report

Click Generate Report. The report data is fetched from the WordPress REST API and rendered inline on the page.
4

Download or copy the HTML

Once the report is displayed:
  • Click Download Report to save it as an .html file named after the site (e.g. site-report-my-site.html).
  • Click Copy HTML to copy the full report HTML to your clipboard.
Send the downloaded HTML file directly to your client as an email attachment. It is self-contained and requires no internet connection to view.

Coming soon mode

Coming Soon Mode displays a branded pre-launch page to all visitors while you build the site. Logged-in administrators see the live site normally. The coming soon page returns a 200 OK status code.

Enabling coming soon mode

1

Open the Coming Soon tab

In Agency Tools, click the Coming Soon tab.
2

Enable the mode

Flip the Active toggle to on. The status indicator changes to Active.

  • Message — a supporting paragraph below the headline.
  • Launch Date & Time — set this to show a countdown timer with glass-card tiles for days, hours, minutes, and seconds. Leave empty to hide the timer.
4

Under Logo & Background:
  • Logo image — paste a URL or click Media to pick from the Media Library.
  • Background image — overrides the background colour when set.
Under Colours:
  • Background colour — page background (default #0f172a).
  • Accent colour — used for countdown tile borders and highlight elements (default #6366f1).
