Login page customisation
The Login Page tab lets you replace the default WordPress login page with a fully branded experience for your client. Enable the feature using the Active/Inactive toggle at the top of the tab. When enabled, the customisations are injected intowp-login.php.
Logo
- Logo URL — paste a URL directly, or click Media to open the WordPress Media Library picker and select an image.
- Click the × button to remove the current logo.
- A thumbnail preview is shown beneath the URL field once a valid image is set.
- Recommended size: transparent PNG, 220×80 px or wider.
Logo tooltip / heading text
The Logo tooltip / heading text field replaces the default “Powered by WordPress” tooltip shown on hover over the logo. It also renders as a heading inside the login form card.Colours

Background image
Click Media next to the Background image field to pick an image from the Media Library. When set, the background image overrides the background colour. Recommended size: 1920×1080 JPG.Footer text

Live preview
The right-hand panel shows a Live Preview of the login page that updates in real time as you change settings. No save is needed to see the preview update. Click Open login page to openwp-login.php in a new tab and verify the live result.
Click Save Login Settings to persist your changes.
Admin UI customiser
The Admin UI tab lets you hide WordPress admin menu items and dashboard widgets from users who are not administrators. Admins always see the full interface.Hidden items only apply to non-administrator roles. Users with the Administrator role always see the complete admin menu and all dashboard widgets.
Hiding admin menu items
The Admin Menu Items card lists every registered top-level menu item. Check the items you want to hide from non-admin users. Each item shows its label and internal slug.The menu list is populated from the WordPress admin menu. If the list appears empty, open the WordPress Dashboard first so the menu is registered.
Hiding dashboard widgets
The Dashboard Widgets card lists all registered dashboard widgets. Check the widgets you want to hide from non-admin users. Each widget shows its label and context (normal, side, column3, etc.).The widget list is populated after the WordPress Dashboard has been loaded at least once. If the list appears empty, visit the WordPress Dashboard first.
Saving
Click Save Admin UI Settings to apply your changes. The settings take effect immediately on the next admin page load for non-admin users.Plugin white-labelling
To rename the plugin itself — changing the name shown in the WordPress admin menu, the plugin list, and the sidebar logo — go to Settings > Branding within WP Manager Pro. You can set:- Custom Plugin Name — replaces “WP Manager Pro” in the admin menu and plugin list.
- Admin Menu Label — the label shown in the WordPress sidebar.
- Sidebar Logo URL — replaces the plugin’s default icon in the sidebar. A Select button opens the WordPress Media Library picker.
