The Inbox is your command center for focused work. It combines a productivity metrics dashboard with an energy-filtered task list, helping you work on what matters most when you have the energy to do it.

Deep Work Dashboard

When you open the Inbox, you’re greeted with a header showing your Work Area for the current day:

The dashboard includes three productivity metrics cards:

Productivity Velocity

Daily Focus

Energy Filter System

The Inbox’s most powerful feature is the energy filter, letting you match tasks to your current energy level:
1

View the filter bar

Look for the “Filter by Energy” section with three pills:
  • Low Energy (emerald green)
  • Neutral (yellow)
  • High Focus (purple)
2

Select your energy level

Click on the pill matching your current state. The task list updates instantly.
3

Work on filtered tasks

When “High Focus” is selected, the section title changes to “Deep Work” with a “HIGH FOCUS” badge.
4

Clear the filter

Click the “Clear” button to see all tasks again.
By default, the Inbox opens with High Focus selected, encouraging you to tackle your most demanding work first.

Task List and Interaction

Below the energy filter, you’ll see your filtered task list:
  • Each task displays with a checkbox, title, and metadata
  • Click the checkbox to mark tasks complete
  • Tasks have energy indicators (colored dots) showing their energy requirement
  • Empty state message: “No tasks match this filter” when no results
