Availability:
  • Free & Starter: Not available (Starter users can add for $20/month)
  • Professional & Agency: Included in plan
During trial periods, white-label branding is temporarily enabled for all plans to allow testing.

Fair Usage Policy

Reportr uses a 30-day rolling billing cycle to track usage fairly. Your report limit resets automatically every 30 days from your subscription start date, not on calendar months. See Billing Cycles for detailed information on how usage tracking works.

Choosing the Right Plan

Consider these factors when selecting a plan:
  1. Number of active clients - Count clients you’ll manage simultaneously
  2. Report frequency - Estimate how many reports you’ll generate per month
  3. White-label requirements - Determine if branded reports are essential
  4. Growth trajectory - Choose a plan with room to grow
Start with a smaller plan and upgrade as needed. You can change plans at any time, and upgrades take effect immediately.
