Tips for Power Users

1

Learn the command palette first

⌘ K is your most important shortcut. It gives you access to everything. Master it before memorizing other shortcuts.
2

Use number shortcuts for frequent navigation

If you check the Tracker multiple times per hour, ⌘ 1 becomes muscle memory. Same for Dashboard (⌘ 2) when reviewing metrics.
3

Bare keys for quick actions

When browsing the Tracker, just hit N to add a job or / to search. No modifier needed when you’re not typing.
4

Escape is your friend

Hit Esc to close any modal or drawer. No need to find the close button.
Some shortcuts may conflict with browser defaults. If a shortcut doesn’t work, check if your browser is capturing it first (like ⌘ N for new window).

Customization

Currently, keyboard shortcuts are fixed to ensure consistency across all users. Custom shortcut configuration may be added in a future release. Want to suggest a new shortcut? Open an issue on GitHub or contact support.
