Trust tier system

CampusBite uses a trust tier system to ensure reliability:
  • Good standing: Order normally without restrictions
  • Watch tier: You may need to confirm you’re on the way before the store starts preparing
  • Restricted: Temporary ordering restriction after repeated no-shows
Always pick up your orders on time to maintain good standing. If your status is “watch” or lower, confirm your commitment quickly when prompted.

Track your order

After submitting your order, you can track its progress in real-time.

Order statuses

Your order goes through these stages:

Order Placed

Your order is submitted and waiting for the store to verify payment and accept it.

Accepted

The store confirmed your payment and accepted your order.

Preparing

Your food is being prepared right now.

Ready for Pickup

Your order is ready! Head to the store to collect it.

Pickup process

1

Receive pickup notification

When your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification and see a 6-digit OTP on the order tracking page.
2

Go to the store

Head to the food outlet within the pickup timeframe.
3

Show your OTP

Show or tell the store staff your 6-digit OTP to collect your order.

The OTP expires after a certain time. Make sure to pick up your order promptly after receiving the ready notification.

Commitment confirmation

If you’re in the “watch” trust tier or have previous no-shows, you may need to confirm your commitment:
  • You’ll see a prompt to confirm “I Am On The Way” after placing your order
  • This helps stores avoid preparing food that won’t be picked up
  • Confirm within the deadline shown to proceed with your order
  • Failure to confirm may result in automatic cancellation

View order history

Access your past orders from the “Order History” page:
  • See all your previous orders with dates and amounts
  • Track the status of active orders
  • View order details including items, payment info, and special instructions
Keep track of your order history to reorder your favorite meals quickly.
