Getting Started with MinistryHub
Welcome to MinistryHub! This guide will help you get started with the platform and understand how to navigate through your church’s management system.What is MinistryHub?
MinistryHub is a multi-tenant church management platform designed to help your congregation organize worship services, manage teams, and collaborate effectively. The platform adapts to your role, showing you the tools and features you need.MinistryHub supports multiple languages including English, Spanish, and Portuguese. You can change your language preference in Settings.
Logging In to Your Account
Navigate to the login page
Open your web browser and go to your church’s MinistryHub URL (provided by your administrator).
Enter your credentials
Use the email address and password provided in your invitation email. If this is your first time logging in, you may need to set a new password.
Complete security verification
The platform uses invisible reCAPTCHA v3 to protect your account. This happens automatically in the background without interrupting your login.
Understanding Your Dashboard
Your dashboard provides an overview of your church activities and upcoming events:- Navigation Menu: Located on the left side (desktop) or top menu (mobile), showing sections you have access to
- Quick Actions: Cards displaying your most common tasks
- Upcoming Services: Calendar view of scheduled meetings and events
- Notifications: Alerts about schedule changes and important updates
Switching Between Churches

Navigate to Settings
Click your profile picture or name in the top right corner, then select “Settings”.
Language Preferences
Select your language
Choose from English (EN), Spanish (ES), or Portuguese (PT) in the Language section.
Understanding Your Role
Your access level determines what you can do in MinistryHub:- Member: View and participate in assigned activities, propose song edits for approval
- Leader/Coordinator: Manage your team, approve changes, create setlists
- Pastor: Full administrative access to your church’s data and settings
- Master: Global access to all churches for system oversight
Your role is assigned by your church administrator. Contact them if you believe you need different permissions.

- Team Leader: Contact your team leader for workflow questions
- Church Administrator: Reach out to your church admin for access issues
- Technical Support: Administrators can escalate technical problems to the MinistryHub development team
Privacy and Your Data
MinistryHub takes your privacy seriously:- Only necessary information for church participation is stored
- Your data is only visible to authorized administrators and team leaders
- You can request data updates or deletion through your church administrator
- All sessions are secured with JWT authentication
