Overview

TelemanAI offers flexible subscription packages designed to meet the needs of businesses of all sizes. Each package includes a specific allocation of credits, features, and supported countries for making AI-powered telemarketing calls.
All new users can start with a trial package to test the platform before committing to a paid subscription.

How Packages Work

When you subscribe to a package in TelemanAI, you receive:
  • Credits: Used for making AI voice calls through the platform
  • Email Limits: Number of emails you can send (currently unlimited in most plans)
  • SMS Limits: Number of SMS messages you can send (currently unlimited in most plans)
  • Features: Access to specific platform features like call recording, analytics, CRM integration, etc.
  • Supported Countries: List of countries where you can make outbound calls
  • Validity Period: Duration for which the package remains active (e.g., 30 days, 90 days, 365 days)

Package Structure

Each subscription package includes the following components:

Trial Periods

TelemanAI offers trial packages to help you evaluate the platform before purchasing a paid subscription.

Trial Package Benefits

  • Free access to the platform for a limited time (default: 7 days)
  • Limited credits to test AI calling features
  • Access to core features
  • No credit card required during trial

How Trial Works

  1. Sign Up: Create a new account on TelemanAI
  2. Automatic Enrollment: Trial package is automatically activated
  3. Explore Features: Use allocated credits to test calling, SMS, and email features
  4. Upgrade Anytime: Convert to a paid package at any time during or after trial
Trial period duration is configured by your administrator. Default is 7 days as set in the .env configuration:

Pricing Tiers

Packages are typically structured in tiers to accommodate different business needs:

Choosing the Right Package

Consider these factors when selecting a subscription package:

Estimate Call Volume

Calculate how many minutes of calling you need per month. Check the call rates for your target countries to estimate credit requirements.

Required Features

Review the features included in each package. Ensure the package includes critical features like:
  • Call recording
  • Real-time analytics
  • CRM integration
  • Multi-language support
  • API access

Target Countries

Verify that your target calling countries are included in the package’s supported country list.

Budget

Compare package prices against your budget. Consider longer validity periods (annual) for better value.

Growth Plans

Choose a package that can accommodate your growth. You can always upgrade, but starting with adequate resources prevents interruptions.

Subscribing to a Package

To subscribe to a package:
  1. Navigate to Packages or Pricing section in your dashboard
  2. Review available packages and their features
  3. Click Subscribe or Select Plan on your chosen package
  4. Choose your payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, etc.)
  5. Complete the payment process
  6. Your subscription activates immediately upon successful payment
Ensure your account has valid payment information before subscribing to avoid payment failures.

Package Validity

Your package remains active for the duration specified in its validity period:
  • Start Date: The date your payment is processed
  • End Date: Calculated based on the validity period (e.g., start_date + 30 days)
  • Auto-renewal: Not enabled by default - you must manually renew before expiration
  • Grace Period: Some packages may include a grace period after expiration
You’ll receive email notifications before your package expires:
  • 7 days before expiration
  • 3 days before expiration (configurable via EXPRITY_ALERT_MAIL_DAY)
  • On expiration day

Supported Countries

Each package includes specific countries where you can make outbound calls. The supported countries are determined by:
  • Twilio call cost rates for each country
  • Package tier (higher tiers typically include more countries)
  • Availability of phone numbers in target countries

Viewing Supported Countries

To see which countries are included in a package:
  1. Go to the Packages page
  2. Click on a package to view details
  3. Scroll to the Supported Countries section
  4. Review the list of available countries with their call rates

Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Current Subscription

To view your active subscription:
  1. Navigate to My Profile > My Subscriptions
  2. View details including:
    • Package name
    • Remaining credits
    • Start and end dates
    • Payment status
    • Payment gateway used

Upgrading Your Package

Go to the Packages or Pricing page

Select Higher Tier

Choose a package with more credits or features than your current plan

Complete Payment

Pay the difference or full amount (depending on admin settings)

Immediate Activation

Your new package activates immediately with updated credits and features
Upgrading to a new package may replace your current subscription. Any unused credits from your previous package may be forfeited depending on the platform configuration.

Package History

TelemanAI maintains a complete history of your package subscriptions:
  • All previous packages you’ve purchased
  • Payment dates and amounts
  • Transaction IDs from payment gateways
  • Start and end dates for each subscription
  • Payment status (pending, completed, failed, refunded)
Access your subscription history from My Profile > Payment History.

Common Questions

Typically, only one package can be active at a time per user account. Contact your administrator if you need multiple packages for different teams.
When your package expires:
  • You lose access to package features
  • Remaining credits become unusable
  • You cannot make new calls until you renew or purchase a new package
  • Your data and call history remain intact
Packages are typically non-refundable once purchased. You can choose not to renew when it expires. Contact support for specific cancellation policies.
Credits typically do not roll over to the next billing period. Use your credits before they expire or upgrade to a longer validity period.
Downgrades may not be available during an active subscription period. You can choose a lower-tier package when your current subscription expires.
