The Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your C.A.R. 911 system with real-time statistics, equipment status tracking, and fleet distribution analytics. You can monitor equipment across all departments, divisions, and dependencies at a glance.

The Dashboard serves as your command center, displaying:
  • Real-time equipment counts by status (functional, non-functional, under review)
  • Fleet distribution across departments and divisions
  • Equipment by provider (Patagonia Green, Telecom, Policía de Entre Ríos)
  • Stock levels and available equipment
  • Partial uninstallations and equipment in transit

Key Metrics

Functional Equipment

View all equipment in working condition (New, Used, Repaired). Track availability by brand, model, and location.

Equipment Status

Monitor equipment in different states: stock, in-use, non-functional, decommissioned, lost, or under review.

Fleet Distribution

See equipment distribution across departments, divisions, and police stations in real-time.

Provider Analytics

Track equipment by provider with detailed breakdowns by status and location.

Equipment Status Categories

The Dashboard tracks equipment in the following states:
Equipment in operational condition:
  • New: Brand new equipment ready for deployment
  • Used: Equipment currently in active use
  • Repaired: Equipment that has been serviced and returned to operational status
View counts by brand, model, category, and provider. See how many units are in stock vs. in active use.
Equipment that is not operational:
  • Grouped by brand, model, and provider
  • Includes equipment awaiting repair
  • Shows total count of units requiring attention
Equipment removed from service:
  • Decommissioned: Permanently removed from inventory
  • Lost: Equipment reported as missing
  • Replacement: Units designated as spare parts
Tracked separately to maintain accurate inventory records.
Equipment undergoing evaluation or maintenance:
  • Shows units temporarily removed from active service
  • Groups by brand and model
  • Tracks count and provider information

Stock 911

View all equipment currently in central stock (“Stock 911”):
  • Equipment details (TEI, ISSI, brand, model)
  • Assignment history
  • Previous resource allocation

Departmental Distribution

Track equipment assigned to “Departamental Paraná (JDP)” and all subordinate units:
  • Real-time equipment count
  • Resource assignments
  • Vehicle associations
  • Equipment status filtering (excludes non-functional units)

The Dashboard automatically refreshes data and shows only the latest status for each equipment unit. Historical data is accessible through the fleet management section.

Data Accuracy

The Dashboard uses caching mechanisms for optimal performance:
  • Equipment status IDs are cached to reduce database queries
  • Real-time calculations for equipment distribution
  • Automatic exclusion of non-functional equipment from active counts
  • Join queries across multiple tables for comprehensive views
