What gets branded

Dashboard interface

  • Navigation header
  • Sidebar menu
  • Dashboard widgets
  • Data visualizations and charts

Client-facing elements

Your branding is visible on all customer touchpoints:
  • Review request pages
  • Feedback forms (for 1-3 star ratings)
  • QR code landing pages
  • Website widgets showing reviews

Reports and communications

All generated reports and automated emails display your brand:
  • PDF reports

  • Review request SMS/emails
  • Summary dashboards

Custom domain setup

DNS configuration

To use your own domain, you’ll need to add these DNS records:
Type: CNAME
Name: reviews (or your chosen subdomain)
Value: whitelabel.ratingflow.co

SSL certificate

Once your DNS records propagate, RatingFlow automatically provisions an SSL certificate for your custom domain. This typically takes 10-15 minutes.
Use a subdomain like reviews.youragency.com or reputation.youragency.com to keep your main website separate.

Before going live, use the preview feature to see how your branding appears across different pages and devices. You can make adjustments until everything looks perfect.
