What to Do by Order Type

Each order type requires different actions from you. Follow the appropriate guide below based on your order type.

BUY Orders (Fiat to Stablecoin)

When placing a BUY order, follow these steps:

Place BUY order

Submit your BUY order in the app with the amount you want to purchase.

Receive payment details

Once a merchant is assigned, you’ll receive their payment details in the app.

Send fiat payment

Send fiat using the instructed payment rail (bank transfer, mobile money, etc.).

Complete confirmation

Complete the required in-app confirmation to notify the merchant you’ve sent payment.

Track order

Track your order status until completion. You’ll receive your stablecoins once the merchant confirms receipt of payment.

Always send payment to the exact details provided in the app. Do not use different payment details or methods.
