Aradia provides multiple ways to discover audiobooks from LibriVox’s extensive collection of public domain content. Whether you’re looking for a specific title or browsing by mood, you’ll find what you need.

Browse by Genre

The home screen features a grid of popular genres to help you start exploring:
1

Access the genre grid

Scroll down on the home screen to the “Browse Genres” section. You’ll see genre chips including Adventure, Biography, Children, Comedy, Fantasy, Horror, Humor, Love, Mystery, Philosophy, Poetry, Religion, Romance, Sci-Fi, and War.
2

Select a genre

Tap any genre chip to view all audiobooks in that category. The app will display a scrollable list of audiobooks filtered by your selected genre.
3

Browse the results

Scroll through the audiobooks, which display cover art, title, author, and download statistics. Tap any audiobook to view its details.
You can also tap on subject tags within an audiobook’s detail page to explore related content.

Search for Audiobooks

Use the search feature to find specific titles, authors, or subjects:
1

Open search

Tap the search icon in the app’s bottom navigation bar to access the search screen.
2

Choose your search filter

Select one of three filter options:
  • Title: Search by book name (e.g., “Pride and Prejudice”)
  • Author: Search by creator name (e.g., “Jane Austen”)
  • Subjects: Search by topic or genre (e.g., “Romance, Fiction”)
3

Enter your search query

Type your search term in the search bar. For multiple terms, separate them with commas (e.g., “Mystery, Detective”).
4

Submit your search

Tap the search button or press enter. Results will appear as a scrollable list showing matching audiobooks.
When searching with multiple comma-separated terms, the app will find audiobooks matching ANY of your terms (OR logic).
