What you see on the Board
Continue Watching
A dedicated row at the top of the Board shows every title you have started but not finished. Items are sorted by most recently watched and include notification badges for new episodes.
Catalog rows
Below Continue Watching, the Board renders one row per catalog provided by your installed addons — movies, series, channels, and more — each scrollable horizontally.
Notification badges
When a series in your library has unwatched new episodes, a badge appears on the poster so you can spot new content at a glance.
Streaming server warning
If the streaming server is unreachable, a banner appears at the bottom of the Board with options to install the service, dismiss for a month, or never show again.
Continue Watching
The Continue Watching row is powered by your library’s watch state. It appears automatically as soon as you have at least one item with saved progress.Start watching any title
Open a movie or series episode from any catalog or the Discover page. Stremio saves your position automatically.
Return to the Board
Navigate back to the Board. The title appears in the Continue Watching row with a progress indicator.
How catalog rows are loaded
The Board loads catalog rows lazily as you scroll. Only the rows currently visible (plus a small buffer above and below) are fetched from the addon network. This keeps the initial load fast regardless of how many addons you have installed.The Board reflects the catalogs exposed by your installed addons. Installing or removing an addon from the Addons page changes which rows appear here.
Notification badges
Badges on Continue Watching items indicate unwatched episodes available for a series you are following. The badge count comes from the notifications model and updates whenever Stremio syncs with the addon network.Streaming server warning
Certain stream types (torrents, local files) require the Stremio streaming server to be running locally. If the server cannot be reached, a warning banner appears at the bottom of the Board with the following actions:| Action | Effect |
