Security & Privacy

All integrations in Sure use industry-standard security practices:
  • Encrypted Storage: All API keys and credentials are encrypted at rest using ActiveRecord Encryption
  • Secure Transmission: All API communications use HTTPS/TLS
  • No Credential Storage: For Plaid and SnapTrade, Sure never stores your bank passwords
  • Token-Based Auth: SimpleFIN and Coinbase use secure access tokens instead of passwords
  • Read-Only Access: Integrations can only read data, never initiate transactions

Each integration syncs data automatically:

Enable Banking

Enable Banking provides PSD2-compliant Open Banking access to European banks. This integration uses OAuth 2.0 for secure bank authentication and supports real-time balance updates and transaction syncing. Supported Regions: Europe (EU/EEA countries with PSD2 compliance) Account Types: Checking accounts, savings accounts, credit cards Setup: Requires Enable Banking application credentials (Client ID and Client Secret). Configuration is done through the Sure web interface.

Mercury

Mercury is a business banking platform for startups. The Mercury integration connects directly to your Mercury business accounts via API. Supported Regions: United States Account Types: Business checking and savings accounts Setup: Requires Mercury API credentials. Mercury must be configured at the family level through environment variables or Sure’s settings interface.

Lunchflow

Lunchflow provides meal benefits and corporate expense management. This integration syncs meal transactions and benefit account balances. Supported Regions: Varies by Lunchflow availability Account Types: Meal benefit accounts, corporate expense accounts Setup: Requires Lunchflow API key configured at the family level.

Indexa Capital

Indexa Capital is a Spanish robo-advisor platform. The integration syncs your investment portfolio holdings and transactions. Supported Regions: Spain Account Types: Investment accounts, retirement accounts (planes de pensiones) Setup: Requires Indexa Capital API credentials configured through Sure’s provider settings.

CoinStats

CoinStats aggregates cryptocurrency holdings across multiple exchanges and wallets, providing a unified view of your crypto portfolio. Supported Regions: Worldwide Account Types: Exchange accounts, DeFi wallets, manual wallets Setup: Connect via CoinStats API. You can link specific wallets or use CoinStats’ portfolio API to sync all holdings.
