Quickstart Guide

Get up and running with Quality Hub GINEZ in just a few minutes. This guide will walk you through logging in, creating your first production batch, and viewing quality reports.
Prerequisites: You should have received login credentials from your system administrator. If you don’t have an account yet, contact your Quality Manager or IT administrator.

Step 1: Login to Quality Hub

Navigate to the application

Open your web browser and navigate to your Quality Hub GINEZ instance URL

Enter your credentials

  • Enter your email address
  • Enter your password
  • Click Sign In

Verify your dashboard access

After successful login, you’ll see the main dashboard with available modules based on your role.

Step 2: Create Your First Production Batch

Navigate to Production Logbook

Click on Bitácora de Producción from the main dashboard

Start the batch wizard

Click the + Nueva Bitácora button to open the guided wizard

Select product category

Choose your product category (e.g., “Limpiador líquido multiusos”, “Detergente para ropa”)

Fill in batch information

Complete the required fields:
  • Sucursal: Select your branch location
  • Preparador: Your name
  • Fecha de Elaboración: Production date
  • Código del Producto: Product code (e.g., LIMLIM, TRALIM)
  • Tamaño de Lote: Batch size in liters or kilograms

Record quality measurements

Enter quality parameters:
  • % Sólidos M1: First solids measurement
  • % Sólidos M2: Second solids measurement
  • Temperatura: Temperature in °C
  • pH: pH value (if applicable for product)
  • Apariencia: Visual appearance (CRISTALINO, OPACO, APERLADO)
  • Color: Product color
  • Aroma: Product scent

Submit and view conformity

Click Guardar to submit the batch. The system will automatically classify conformity (CONFORME, SEMI-CONFORME, or NO CONFORME)

Step 3: View Quality Control Dashboard

Navigate to Quality Control

From the main dashboard, click on Control de Calidad

Review your batch

Find your recently created batch in the measurement history table with conformity status

Explore KPIs

Review the dashboard KPI cards showing conformity statistics

Step 4: View Reports and Analytics

Navigate to Reports

Click on Reportes from the main dashboard

Select report type

Choose from available tabs:
  • Calidad y Control: First Time Quality (FTQ) analysis
  • Análisis Comercial: Production by family and category

Apply filters

Use global filters to focus your analysis by date range, branch, or product family
