Trackmart offers flexible authentication options to make it easy for you to get started. You can sign up and log in using either your phone number or email address.

Sign Up for a New Account

Creating your Trackmart account is quick and simple. Follow these steps to get started:

Open the Trackmart app

Launch the app on your mobile device. You’ll see the welcome screen with the Trackmart logo and tagline “Order • Track • Build”.

Choose your authentication method

You can sign up using either:
  • Phone number (default)
  • Email address (tap “Use Email instead” to switch)

Enter your details

Depending on your chosen method:For Phone Authentication:
  • Select your country code (defaults to Kenya +254)
  • Enter your phone number
  • Create a secure password
  • Enter your name
For Email Authentication:
  • Enter your email address
  • Create a secure password
  • Enter your name

Agree to Terms of Use

Check the box to agree to Trackmart’s Terms of Use. You can tap on “Terms of use” to review them.

Complete verification

Phone: You’ll receive an SMS code. Enter the code when prompted to verify your phone number.Email: Check your inbox for a verification link. Click the link to verify your email address, then return to the app to log in.
Phone verification is typically faster, as the SMS code is often retrieved automatically.

Logging In to Your Account

Returning users can quickly access their accounts:

Open the app

Launch Trackmart on your device.

Ensure you're on the login screen

If you see “New to Trackmart? Sign up”, you’re on the login screen. Otherwise, tap “Log in”.

Enter your credentials

Phone Login:
  • Select your country code
  • Enter your phone number
  • Enter your password
Email Login:
  • Tap “Use Email instead”
  • Enter your email address
  • Enter your password

Tap Login

The app will verify your credentials and sign you in.

Password Recovery

Forgot your password? No problem:
  1. On the login screen, tap “Use Email instead”
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Tap “Forgot password?”
  4. Check your email inbox for a password reset link
  5. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password
  6. Return to the app and log in with your new password
Password reset is currently only available for email-based accounts. If you use phone authentication and forget your password, please contact Trackmart support.

Switching Authentication Methods

You can easily switch between phone and email authentication:

Phone to Email

Tap “Use Email instead” on the login or sign-up screen to switch to email authentication.

Email to Phone

Tap “Use Phone instead” on the login or sign-up screen to switch to phone authentication.

Troubleshooting

  • Check that you entered the correct phone number
  • Wait a few minutes, as SMS delivery can be delayed
  • Check your SMS/message inbox for any filtered messages
  • Try using email authentication instead
  • Double-check that you’re using the correct authentication method (phone vs. email)
  • Verify that your password is correct (passwords are case-sensitive)
  • If using email, ensure your email is verified
  • Try resetting your password if you use email authentication
