Creating Customers
Add new customers to your database:Enter Information
Fill in customer details:
- First name (required)
- Last name (required)
- Email (optional)
- Phone number (optional)
- Birthday (optional)
- Notes (optional)
Editing Customers
All customer types can be edited. Registered customers can only have notes modified by merchants.
- Click the edit icon from the customer list or profile
- Modify any editable fields
- Save changes

- Select “Unban customer”
- Customer can immediately book again

- Click the “Blacklist” tab
- View all blacklisted customers with reasons
Transferring Bookings
Only available for merchant-added customers with existing bookings.

Deleting Customers
Delete a customer:- Ensure customer has no bookings (or transfer them first)
- Click three-dots menu on customer profile
- Select “Delete Customer”
- Confirm deletion
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Consider blacklisting instead if you might need the record later.
