Customer List Features

  • Searchable table: Find customers quickly by name

Customer Types

Customers who created an account through your booking app:
  • Full profile information
  • Email and phone verified
  • Can make their own bookings
  • Receive booking confirmations and reminders
  • Cannot be deleted (only blacklisted)

Customer Profiles

Access detailed customer information and history:

Contact Information

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Birthday (for special occasion reminders)

Booking Statistics

  • Total completed bookings
  • Upcoming appointments
  • Cancellation history
  • Last visit date

Customer Details Page

Customer Profile Each customer profile displays:
  • Avatar: Auto-generated from initials
  • Name: Full name with status badges
  • Last Visited: Most recent completed appointment
  • Contact Details: Email, phone, birthday
  • Notes: Your internal notes about the customer
Visual breakdown showing:
  • Total bookings count
  • Upcoming appointments
  • Cancellations by customer
  • Interactive donut chart of booking distribution
Complete chronological list of all bookings:
  • Service name and date
  • Booking status (completed, upcoming, cancelled)
  • Price and duration
  • Customer and merchant notes
  • Expandable details for each booking

Creating Customers

Add new customers to your database:

Navigate to Customers

Click “Customers” in the sidebar

Click New Customer

Select the “New” button in the customers view

Enter Information

Fill in customer details:
  • First name (required)
  • Last name (required)
  • Email (optional)
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Birthday (optional)
  • Notes (optional)

Save

Customer is added to your database and available for booking

Editing Customers

All customer types can be edited. Registered customers can only have notes modified by merchants.
Update customer information:
  1. Click the edit icon from the customer list or profile
  2. Modify any editable fields
  3. Save changes
Changes immediately reflect across all bookings and views.

Customer Notes

Maintain internal notes about your customers:

Private Notes

Notes are visible only to you and your team, never to customers.

Blacklist Management

Blacklisting prevents customers from creating new bookings through the customer app.

Blacklisting Customers

Restrict problematic customers from booking:

Open Customer Menu

Click the three-dots menu on the customer profile

Select Blacklist

Choose “Blacklist Customer” option

Provide Reason

Enter a reason for the blacklist (required for your records)

Confirm

Customer is immediately blacklisted

Effects of Blacklisting

  • Customer cannot create new bookings through the app
  • Existing bookings remain active
  • Customer still appears in your database
  • Marked with red “Blacklisted” badge
  • You can still create bookings for them manually

Removing from Blacklist

  1. Open blacklisted customer’s profile
  2. Click three-dots menu
  3. Select “Unban customer”
  4. Customer can immediately book again
The original blacklist reason is preserved in the customer record.

Viewing Blacklisted Customers

Access your blacklist:
  1. Navigate to Customers page
  2. Click the “Blacklist” tab
  3. View all blacklisted customers with reasons

Transferring Bookings

Only available for merchant-added customers with existing bookings.
Consolidate duplicate customer records:
  • Discovered duplicate customer entries
  • Customer requests profile consolidation
  • Correcting data entry errors
  • Merging temporary and permanent profiles

Deleting Customers

Only merchant-added customers without bookings can be deleted. Registered customers cannot be deleted.
Delete a customer:
  1. Ensure customer has no bookings (or transfer them first)
  2. Click three-dots menu on customer profile
  3. Select “Delete Customer”
  4. Confirm deletion
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Consider blacklisting instead if you might need the record later.

Understand customer engagement:
The booking history chart shows:
  • Distribution of completed vs upcoming bookings
  • Cancellation rate
  • Engagement trends
Track:
  • Total revenue from customer (via completed bookings)
  • Average booking value
  • Frequency of visits
  • Customer lifetime value

Participant Management

For group class bookings:
  • View all participants enrolled in a class
  • Add or remove individual participants
  • See participant contact information
  • Track class capacity
When a customer is removed from a group booking, they remain in your customer database.
