Creating Services

Create individual appointment services:
Basic Information
- Name: Service display name
- Description: Details shown to customers
- Category: Organize into service groups
- Color: Visual identifier in calendar
Pricing
- Price: Customer cost
- Cost: Your cost (for profit tracking)
- Price Type: Fixed or variable pricing
Duration & Phases
- Set total service duration
- Or break into multiple phases (e.g., consultation, treatment, follow-up)
Scheduling Settings
- Booking window: How far in advance customers can book
- Cancel deadline: Cancellation cutoff time
- Buffer time: Gap between bookings

Uncategorized Services
Services without a category appear in the “Uncategorized” section, which always displays last.
