How It Works

Connect Account

Link your cafeteria account (Izly, ARD, or TurboSelf)

Izly (CROUS)

For university students using CROUS cafeterias:
  • Balance: Current account balance
  • Transaction History: All payments and recharges
  • Payment Details: Amount, date, location
  • Recharge: Link to add funds
  • QR Code: Digital card for payments

Connecting Izly

  1. Go to Settings > Services > Izly
  2. Enter your Izly credentials
  3. Grant access to your account
  4. Your balance will appear on the home screen

ARD

For schools using ARD cafeteria system:
  • Account Balance: Current funds available
  • Transaction History: Purchase records
  • Payment Tracking: When and where you paid
  • Balance Alerts: Notifications when balance is low

Connecting ARD

  1. Go to Settings > Services > ARD
  2. Enter your ARD account details
  3. Link your student ID
  4. View balance and history in the app

TurboSelf

Full cafeteria management for TurboSelf users:
  • Balance Checking: Current account funds
  • Meal Bookings: Reserve meals in advance
  • Transaction History: Complete payment records
  • QR Codes: Digital cafeteria card
  • Forfait Mode: Meal plan management
  • Argent Mode: Pay-as-you-go tracking

TurboSelf Features

Book meals for upcoming days directly from the app. See available menus and reserve your spot.
TurboSelf supports two modes:
  • Forfait: Meal plan with prepaid credits
  • Argent: Cash-based pay-per-meal system
Generate a QR code to use as your digital cafeteria card. No need to carry a physical card.

Connecting TurboSelf

  1. Go to Settings > Services > TurboSelf
  2. Enter your TurboSelf credentials
  3. Select your establishment
  4. Access all cafeteria features in the app

Transaction History

View detailed transaction history:
  • Date and Time: When the transaction occurred
  • Amount: How much was paid or added
  • Location: Which cafeteria or terminal
  • Type: Payment, recharge, or refund
  • Balance After: Remaining balance after transaction

Enable notifications to get alerts about your cafeteria balance

Privacy & Security

Your cafeteria credentials are stored securely on your device using encrypted storage. Papillon connects directly to your cafeteria system without storing payment information on external servers.

Tips

Go to Settings > Notifications and enable “Low Balance Alerts” to get notified when your balance drops below a threshold.
Add the cafeteria balance widget to your home screen for quick access.
Always check your balance before going to the cafeteria to avoid payment issues.
