The Puerta 2 Hojas is a double-leaf hinged aluminum door where both leaves meet at the centre of the frame and are secured by a central closure mechanism.
This door type is not yet available. Selecting “Puerta 2 Hojas” in the application currently displays a “Próximamente” (coming soon) screen. No configuration inputs or calculation logic have been implemented.

What this door type will be

The Puerta 2 Hojas is described in the system selector as a doble hoja abatible con cierre central — a double hinged door with a central latch. In this configuration:
  • The frame opening is divided into two equal-width leaves
  • Each leaf is hinged on its outer edge (one on the left, one on the right)
  • Both leaves swing inward or outward and meet flush at the centre when closed
  • A central closure mechanism (typically a latch or multi-point lock) secures the meeting stile of both leaves

Planned features

Dimension inputs

Overall frame width and height, with each leaf width automatically set to half the clear opening minus the meeting-stile allowance.

Frame profiles

Perimeter frame profiles for the full opening — two verticals and top and bottom horizontals.

Leaf profiles

Individual leaf frame profiles (stiles and rails) for both leaves, calculated from the derived leaf dimensions.

Glass panels

Two glass sizes, one per leaf, with standard clearance deductions.

Central closure

Central latch or multi-point lock hardware included in the accessories list.

Hinges

Hinge count and specification per leaf, following the same 3×3 pattern used in the Puerta Clásica.

Current application behaviour

Selecting this system in the door selector (PuertaSeleccionado = 'Puerta 2 Hojas') falls into the default @else branch of the router component. The screen shows an animated rocket graphic with the label “Estamos trabajando” and a “Próximamente” badge, indicating active development.
